It probably went down like this in a meeting: @att exec - “I have a good idea how to boost profits and increase our annual bonuses, let’s take away the first responder discount but not actually tell our customers that in advance, it will be a fun surprise for them”

@ATT Here is a better noted: Please excuse @att for taking away the first responder customer discount with out any advance notice to customers, they want to line their execs pockets instead of appreciating their customers.
