@azuresupport #azhelp: Suddenly today the cost management display the actual costs from less than 1000 a month ( also invoices) to more than 30.000euro per month. Is there an issue with the calculation and will be fixed? Should we do something?

@pgpetike @IoannouKonstan @knoll42 I see you all posted about this dramatic change in Azure data on cost management which I am also aware of, with extreme changes in values in the cost analytics. I am curious if you received useful information on the issue?

It's interesting that so many US-based tech entusiasiasts (def not all, but a very sizeable amount) morphed into uber-right proto fascists, even before Elmo A really utopian and naive worldview (tech will save the world) grew into something so authoritarian and dark Why?

@josu_unai @InvisiblesMuros I was going to mention Peru as it has a bit of an outlier. The dishes they call Picante de [animal] aren't remotely spicy, likewise Ají de [animal]... But then the presence of 🔥rocoto chili (basically scotch bonnet) on many a table contradicts Josh's point of S.America...

@InvisiblesMuros It is in Peru and in many places in Venezuela. I love " picante" on everything. Picante de culo de Bachaco, en Amazonas y Bolívar, de suero en Lara y en Oriente, Barlovento y Vargas con las empanadas, hot dogs etc. Picante de Aji chirel. And many more "picante " sauces.

Paul O’Grady (b.1955) was from Birkenhead, near L’pool but not actually L’pool, however, sounded very Scouse. Contrast that with Dixie Dean (b.1907,) also from Birkenhead, who didnt sound Scouse at all. Suggestive of the way L’pool’s surrounding areas have become Liverpudlianised

Castillo’s ouster has unleashed a wave of anti-system sentiment among poor Peruvians taken in by his populist promises to reverse deep inequalities, and who have good reason to believe that neither capitalism nor democracy has benefited them. My analysis: foreignpolicy.com/2022/12/16/per…

International media outlets that didn't cover the massacres of indigenous protesters in Bolivia will now also ignore the killing of indigenous protesters in Peru. They like the people doing the killing so it'll be ignored.

@ShellenbergerMD @lwoodhouse Would / could Trump bar somebody from Mar-a-lago or Trump tower if they stood on the table and said "Let's trash the place." Then people around them proceeded to do so? He would probably be within his rights to legally and ethically...

@ShellenbergerMD @lwoodhouse But in practical corporate and constitutional legal terms, what is the difference between Fox editorial opting for favourable pundits on shows and the cultural bias exhibited by Twitter? Solely that one is internet media? In this sense as private entities what is the controversy?
