Ain’t no way. Goff is solid production wise in that scheme and with those players but comparing all NFC North QBs in a Vacuum he’s ranking 4 for me. Kyler will have a great year imo. Caleb takes another step in that scheme. Love will keep being a killer.
SleeperNFL@SleeperNFL

.@danorlovsky7 on the NFC North QBs: "If I'm ranking the NFC North QBs Jared Goff is at one and Jordan Love is at two.. That would be a clear one and two for me"

@tmach06 @KurtBenkert Last i checked Josh Allen has not been around as long as Jared Goff 😂 not to mention with the great teams and coaches Jared has had. Goff couldn’t win a SB where the opponent scored 13, and only scored 3. Are we gonna say that Josh wouldn’t have won that fairly easily? Lol

@KurtBenkert There is a reason Goff has never been able to get it done no matter how good a team or coach he’s had. He’ll always get you by, but never get you over. Look what happened soon as stafford went to LA. Just more ability

ah yes it's so cool when lego releases a great set that could go for like $20-$30 but only makes it available for a week - and only available as a promo when you buy a set that's $650

@JeffRisdon @DetroitOnLion I literally spelled out the claim of yours I disputed. It’s not about comprehension. You used a hard, fast rule at the end. It wasn’t just about this board. That is why I pushed back. You even agreed it was a general rule. What are we doing here?

Will the #Ravens (14) legit pass up an enormous, athletic starting guard AND potential franchise left tackle from ALABAMA for a move tight end? This is not how you do a mock draft, but I cannot get past this. Other teams may agree. #Lions may have to move up for Proctor

Teams are very aware of the consensus board. They do mock drafts regularly just like the rest of us. So, if you hear that a team loves the 23rd player on the consensus board at, say, the 6th overall pick... find me skeptical.

@DetroitOnLion Defending a player that’s made over 50 millions dollars…. It has cap considerations.

The Detroit Lions DO NOT value the EDGE position outside of Aidan Hutchinson Feels like a fact that Detroit Lions fans have to come to grips with this off-season

@boonersports That I can’t argue with. They did prove last year that sacks don’t mean squat when teams are running the ball down your throat

Personally, I would’ve leaned toward keeping Decker at his full contract value. I just question whether things were as poorly communicated as what his story suggests Dan replied to Decker that he’d talk with Brad Wednesday, and Decker undercut him going public Tuesday
Between The Numbers - Anthony@Btwn_TheNumbers

Questions: 1) pay *was* discussed in the exit meeting, otherwise, how was it clear that Decker “wouldn’t take a pay cut” if the idea of pay cut wasn’t discussed? 2) was the early public announcement a strategy to put the team in an awkward spot and force their hand to pay him?

@DLFPtweets So you would be okay if the team you shed blood, sweat and tears for for 10 years, wouldn't return your calls and not a single coach calls you to even thank you for your service, yet Ben Johnson, a HC from another team checks in on you from a personal standpoint?

I have no issue with how the Lions handled the Taylor Decker situation. The NFL is a business

@DetroitOnLion @KnowsChris12300 Sounds like his agent did a poor job of advising his client. In no universe was he getting 20 million to skip an entire season of practice again

I have zero problem with the Lions asking Decker to take a pay cut. And zero problem with Decker saying "no." But the communication needs to be way better about that, based on Decker's side of the story. He deserved better.
Chris (Knows Ball)@KnowsChris12300

@DetroitOnLion I don’t agree, it sounds like they didn’t want to pay up and he didn’t want to not get paid. It’s his fault for overvaluing himself.
