Normie in the streets, dissident in the sheets. If open dissident/alternative candidates are going to run against establishment candidates, they're going to lose. Their supporters are always going to be a minority in the voting pool. I supported Casey Putsch early on over Vivek, but he ran a terrible campaign. He is a Republican running in a very pro Trump state and then started attacking Trump on social media. He was branded an extremist. I would have voted for him if I were in Ohio, but obviously he was going to lose. His campaign was trying to appeal to dissident voters, which is great on social media, but not so much at the polls. If alternatives candidates are going to win, they need to APPEAR to be more mainstream. They don't need to actually change their politics, they can work towards the same policies, but they need to not be associated with the fringe to be able to win. Casey actually did quite well, all things considered. But if he wanted to win, he should have pretended to play the game. He should have created an opposition to Vivek in a way that could be digestible to the masses. That's how you win. Now Ohio is in a terrible position, choosing between two horrible candidates. It didn't have to be this way.

TPUSA hired Savannah Chrisley of Georgia - a reality TV personality with no ties to Ohio, to promote Vivek Ramaswamy at tonight's event. She has no skin in the game. She was hired to try to seem relevant to OSU students. In the 12+ minutes of this painfully rehearsed speech, she told OSU students how AI lied about Charlie's death, that OSU grads would have jobs in data centers (10-30 per hyperacale facility), and how we shouldn't let Texas and Virginia have them. "BUILD THEM HERE" I don't even know what to say. I'm utterly disgusted.

Think a lot of people aren’t reading this tweet carefully enough. The report cards are still happening and distributed among the league, they just can’t be released to the public, which makes a ton of sense. We as the public have no right to know how players feel about the franchises or owners or whatever.

The NFL has won a grievance over the NFLPA to stop making the annual report cards, per @AdamSchefter. An arbitrator determined that the NFLPA’s conduct violated the CBA. The NFLPA may no longer publicize the report cards, which were a major success in showing the public what goes on for every team.
