@accpinfdprn I use 2g daily outside of UTI and SBP, but recognize the CLSI does use 1g to establish breakpoints. Beta lactams are so safe, I’ll even do 2gq12 in patients with BMI >30 (+the traditional indications)

Wow. Zero Dark Tinsley has filed a defamation and negligence lawsuit against Fits News and Will Folks on behalf of his client Austin Stanley in Hampton County today. How poetic is this? Will Folks spends much of his ink everyday attacking or mocking others. Maybe he needs to get his business house in order. This lawsuit probably would not have happened if Mandy Matney and Liz Farrell were not runoff by Will Folks. Looks pretty serious to me, but we shall see how it proceeds. I have attached a filed copy of the caption of the complaint. I have no knowledge whether the allegations are true or false, but if the allegations which are contained in the complaint are true about a man being falsely named as a suspect in the murder of my client Stephen Smith, and if I were Mr. Stanley, I would be livid.
