I've been digging for a promo code for the last hour to get out of paying this on a @TMobile upgrade. 😂 If you ask a sales rep they can usually do it. Youd expect that kind of bs when you shop at "authorized retailers" that try and milk you for all the extra crap, but when you order direct they should hook you up.

Hate to Karen out here, but I just think its so ridiculous that @Verizon and presumably other cell providers get away with fees like "line upgrade" fees. My phone is paid off. I'm *increasing* my monthly bill, locking in for another 3 years, AND on top of all that, they wanna charge you $40. What exact justification do you have for charging $40 to "upgrade" my paid off phone to a more expensive plan? Is that not robbery or am I being a diva over here? Rant over lol.

Absolutely unacceptable from @TMobile. Ordered a phone on Dec 24. Rep told me to trade in my device. I went to the store — they refused and said I had to ship it since it was ordered online. I shipped it ON TIME via UPS (have receipt). When tracking didn’t update

@TMobile is holding my son's phone hostage with a lock we do not owe any money on. It's been 3 days now and they keep telling me "oh it will take time" meanwhile my son's phone has 0 service. We had to switch since the T-mobile service in this region is horrible but they have the damn device locked. This has been a freaking nightmare.
