@TMobileHelp @Lupelupeylupe Service at the LA county fair was horrible on Monday 5/25/26 as well. Why is the service so bad if large crowds are expected in small service area. Same thing at my daughter graduation at Cal Poly Pomona 2 weeks ago and every time I go see a game at Dodger Stadium.

@TMobileCFO my number was fraudulently ported on 5/11/26. T-Mobile has done nothing to get the number back until today someone from “Tier 3” sent an email to the carrier it was ported to. What kind of customer service is this? I already filed a complaint with the FCC. Someone better do something, I’m getting ready to go to the press with this. The thief’s have been committing thousands of dollars of fraud with this number against my banks and other institutions.
