@firstdirect So why can’t we do the same for cash? Surely you only need the account details. It’s been like this for over a year!

@TMWarwick Hi Tom, while it's not currently possible to pay in cash using a self-service machine in a HSBC branch, you can use self-service machines to deposit cheques for example, by entering your sort code and account number and following the on-screen instructions. - Faye
