@slizzheadspeaks Abel is 24. Bradley is 25. If you actually watch the games, you can see both have fantastic raw stuff that just needs to be harnessed and located more consistently. Players can develop and get better!

Getting Mick Abel, Taj Bradley, and Eduardo Tait for Jhoan Duran and Griffin Jax at last year's deadline was outstanding front office work from the #MNTwins. Abel and Bradley have a chance be in this rotation for a loooong time.

@MNTwinsZealot After 12 games I'm calling it. He can handle a bullpen/is a better manager than Rocco. Too bad he didn't have more to work with, like the previous skipper did.

Twins win their third straight game, are now 6-6 and in 2nd place in the division. Derek Shelton is mixing and matching a no name bullpen to get to that 27th out.

@AndrewE68606220 @DaneMooreNBA The guy probably throws in the towel/puts in the back bench later than any coach in the league. He's pretty clueless when a game is lost and is concerned longer when a game is won. Not that it matters much either way. His in game coaching is nothing to post about.

@DietBeginsMon @whatsontapnba Until he makes the right play/pass I'd double him every time he touched the ball inside the arc. Lots of turnover and missed shots in that scenario imo. He's not on the injury report today, so I'm not sure how to evaluate his situation. Possibly it's just a very sore shoulder.

@to17165 @whatsontapnba This is not a true evaluation of him in general but has been lately which is why I’m hoping it is injury related and he’s just trying to get himself going by forcing shots (not a good thing but relatively understandable)

People are jumping the gun on “paying Naz was a mistake.” He clearly hasn’t been healthy and is still having his best defensive season. Yet to see the best of him

@number1AntMan @JaceFrederick In game, when let's be honest, is all we ever get to see and judge him, he seems clueless so many times. It also feels stupid his shutting down Joan's meaningful minutes after he had a rough game against the 76ers. Too amped up with his first start. No reason to bench him though.

I would rest guys this week, yes. Because I think Minnesota’s most important week the last 2 seasons was the week of practice leading into the playoffs. They were very prepared for Phoenix and LA And I would want guys fresh for that prep time, versus having to use it for rest

Cody Laweryson earns the save as the #MNTwins beat Detroit 7-3. Byron Buxton and Luke Keaschall each scored two runs and Joe Ryan and four relievers did just enough. Twins now 4-6.

I’m super excited for the playoffs. I think this era is done, I think there should be at least two (probably 3) starters traded in the offseason, and I’m not sure they really stand any chance of even a 2nd round exit. But the playoffs are fun. I genuinely can’t wait to watch.

@JakePaynting Let's hope there is a "playoffs". They lose to the Pacers and the play-in is going to be in play. Then they have to win one of those games. If they can't beat the Pacers and/or Pelicans what makes you think they're going to win a play in one?

Ant in the playoffs is something to behold, Jaden always steps up, coaching is magnified, every game is super hyped. This team hasn’t been enjoyable this season, but that shit is fun and we all went way too long hoping to watch those big games and big moments.

@JakePaynting @BunjBKM Isn't that the truth. Kid is amped up with his 1st start and Finch thinks he's seen enough for the rest of the season in meaningful minutes. Move off of Ru or Julius in the off-season. That's fine if it's a one and done. But move off of this coach as well. He's been terrible too.

Terrible Gobert game against a good/hot team again. Not the only problem — Donte + Naz unplayable, can’t defend at all while Randle is on the floor — but this is a constant theme that I feel can’t be ignored with this team/playoffs/offseason.

@lord_jonhb @JakePaynting Maybe not meaningless, but it's a pyrrhic victory for sure if it's the Lakers w/o Luka and Reeves. If they could get by the Nuggets I'd give them a puncher's chance in the next round against the Spurs. The good thing about a Denver matchup on paper is they've play them tough.

@JakePaynting If they can’t beat Denver round 1 they don’t deserve going to round 2 anyway. Beating an injured rockets or lakers team is meaningless

In the last 15 games, the Wolves are 6.6 points per 100 better when Gobert is on vs off-- which feels notable because despite his flaws he always had the on-offs in his favor. He's slipped a little defensively, but he's still awesome, the offense is just killing them right now.
