There definitely some fuckery going on with food stamps and big food companies, we saw this with MN and the somalians. Theres also something to be said about larger companies over producing food and making it difficult for smaller local farms. So while not exactly what you're inferring, it seems like large corporations making alot of food seems to have its downside.
