Several flights bound for Ponta Delgada in the Azores are diverting to mainland Portugal. The likely reason is bad weather in Ponta Delgada.

@SPD_travels How can you compare EXT with 312 flights with MAN with nearly 13000 flights?! Any cancellation at EXT is going to look much worse percentage wise with so few.

Looking at this table, it seems Exeter airport is the worst airport on this table tbh. A much smaller airport, but has the same average delay as Manchester (18 mins) but also a much higher cancellation rate. I mean, I’d rather get there a little late than not at all, surely? 🤷
