It breaks my heart. But I think @rackspace is going to get away with it. Migrate people to 0365, then start billing them, figure most will shut up, and in 2 months say the data has been lost. And I'm hearing nothing about class action suits. Just despicable.

@Rackspace RE 365, buy a license, 365 biz std. setup the domain, auth your dns, remove existing entries, insert new entries, create users. wait an hour. backup outlook ost to pst if you have one. create new outlook profile, connect 365 to it, launch outlook. wait a few min. close app

@fatheaddesign @Rackspace I have the *exact* same problem. There is only 1 year archived on my local computer! argh!

I have email records going back to the early 2000's that are TRAPPED in my Exchange accounts hosted at @Rackspace right now that I might never get back - client files, purchase receipts, invoice records - critical business information. They don't care.

The ongoing issue with @Rackspace Hosted Exchange is an absolute masterclass in how to screw up royally. Their statement "We have successfully restored email services to thousands of customers" is not only misleading, it's a flat-out LIE. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

@rikkiriley You can connect your m365 account to Outlook on your desktop / phone. I hate webapps myself.

Rackspace is really harshing my mellow with this data long outage. We migrated to 365 but I don’t prefer webmail.

@R1Lover @Rackspace This reminds me of the gigantic cellular outage by Rogers earlier this year. Everyone got about $5 credit when the network went down for a day. Are we to expect the same from Rackspace?

Massive Hosted Exchange Email Outage at @Rackspace Started before 3 AM EST and not yet resolved. It's 10:30 AM - that's a 7.5 hour outage. Almost a full business day (8 hours). I have work to do and am waiting for this "Fanatical Experience" thing. #rackspaceoutage
