It takes a lot to move government and it's good to see initiatives like this codifying and making official efforts to do things better.

We're tied with 1982 for 2nd cloudiest June on record at the Portland Jetport. This data set only looks at noon overcast conditions and it is a little clunky as there's missing data in the late 1960s and early 1970s. June 1959 will keep the number one slot.
