@RoyalMailHelp Can you please tell me, how long is expected for this parcel to reach me? Despite the fact that this service is called Tracked 24, yet you do not guarantee to deliver next working day, what do you guarantee then with the extra cost paid for such service?

@RoyalMailHelp hi, my parcel with the tracking number MZ125494980GB was supposed to arrive yesterday, however, it did not. The tracking has not updated since then, and it looks like it won’t even be delivered today, which is the second day for Tracked 24

@VodafoneUK I’m sorry but it’s clearly a Vodafone issue. It only affects me when I’m connected to my WiFi . This is not okay. Can someone contact me and fix it?

@tommyiy Hi Tommy 👋 Any issues with the Apple iCloud service not being able to be accessed would need to be referred to Apple themselves, as Vodafone have no access to that service, it may be an issue with their server at this time 🙂 Bri

@VodafoneUK I haven’t been able to access my Apple/iCloud while connected to my broadband for nearly a day now. Is there a reason why this isn’t working? Everyone at home with iPhone has the same problem. Can you help?

@RoyalMailHelp hi, I’ve just noticed that the parcel I shipped today via 1c signed for, has a wrong postcode on the stamp printed by RM. The numbers from the postcode are all wrong. The parcel has a correct address that I wrote down myself tho. Can you help?
