Hi @TOMSeurope! I'm a little confused re your vegan products, cos not all items under the "vegan collection" tab are individually labelled as vegan, and vv, some items are individually labelled as vegan but not under the "vegan collection" tab. Cheers!

@TOMS can you explain why it will be at least 6 wks for to get a refund on my returned? I returned them early Sep you received them the 11th. Your cust serv advised they are still in uk and needed to get to NL could be another 7 days. Then I will get a refund 2 weeks after that
