When you write a book your publisher gives you a few free author copies. Most of them are being given to people who helped me write it. But I have 1 spare. I’ll give it to someone after the 28th Feb. Retweet & follow to be in with a chance! 🌞

The #M6 northbound within J31 (#Samlesbury), lanes 3 and 4 (of 4) are closed due to a multi-vehicle collision. There is currently approx. 4.5 miles of congestion on approach, causing delays of 45 minutes above usual journey times.

The Nobel Prize
The Nobel Prize@NobelPrize·
Calling all teachers - teaching material on this year's Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine is ready for use. The 2024 medicine prize describes a fundamental way to regulate genes. Nobel Prize laureates Victor Ambros and Gary Ruvkun discovered microRNA, very small bits of RNA molecules that play a decisive role in fine-tuning the activity of genes. With the Nobel Prize lesson it’s easy to teach your class about microRNA, including a slideshow with a speaker’s manuscript and a student assignment: bit.ly/3TXcZ7A

@ASPolice There are residual delays of 50 minutes SOUTHBOUND between J23 #Bridgwater and J24 #Huntworth and approx. 7 miles of congestion. There are also delays of 10 minutes NORTHBOUND between J24 and J23. This is following an earlier @ASPolice led incident, thank you for your patience.

@MissJac19193058 @PearsonEdexcel The training is online and doesn’t come until much nearer the marking window. There’s a familiarisation set, then standardisation.

@edwards_dr2 @chatbiology You can do this with a germinating bean to show photo and gravitropism. You can also put the bean in a beaker in different orientations up against the side to germinate #chatbiology
