@HarrisonHSmith So good. For better or worse, ONLY America with its heritage and culture could produce someone like Alex. Doesn’t get any more 🇺🇸 than him.

@Peoples_Pundit @charliekirk11 @joerogan Hey Rich, can you share any data re: Tucker that puts that ridiculous CNN poll into perspective. There’s no way his podcast ranking, YouTube and X views would be so huge — Dems are not watching Tucker lol.

Tucker Carlson has been in absolute free fall among the GOP. His net favorable has dropped by 47 points. Meanwhile, Trump crushes Tucker among the GOP. Trump's net favorable is 54 pts higher than Carlson's. When you up against Trump, you in the grinder to quote Good Burger.

MAJOR UPDATE: Iran has reportedly closed the Strait of Hormuz, claiming that Israel violated the ceasefire agreement by continuing to attack Hezbollah in Lebanon. I don't remember that being part of the deal. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon.

The New Yorker just dropped a massive investigation into Sam Altman, based on over 100 interviews, the previously undisclosed "Ilya Memos," and Dario Amodei's 200+ pages of private notes. It's the most detailed account yet of the pattern of behavior that led to Sam's firing and rapid reinstatement at OpenAI. Here's the breakdown: > Ilya compiled ~70 pages of Slack messages, HR documents, and photos taken on personal phones to avoid detection on company devices. He sent them to board members as disappearing messages. The first memo begins with a list headed "Sam exhibits a consistent pattern of . . ." The first item is "Lying." > Dario kept detailed private notes for years under the heading "My Experience with OpenAI" (subheading: "Private: Do Not Share"), totaling 200+ pages. His conclusion: "The problem with OpenAI is Sam himself." > Sam reportedly told Mira his allies were "going all out" and "finding bad things" to damage her reputation after the firing. Thrive put its planned $86B investment on hold and implied it would only close if Sam returned, giving employees financial incentive to back him. > Sam texted Satya Nadella directly to propose the new board composition: "bret, larry summers, adam as the board and me as ceo and then bret handles the investigation." The two new members selected to oversee an independent inquiry into Sam were chosen after close conversations with Sam himself. > Before OpenAI, senior employees at Loopt asked the board to fire Sam as CEO on two separate occasions over concerns about leadership and transparency. At Y Combinator, partners complained to Paul Graham about Sam's behavior, and Graham privately told colleagues "Sam had been lying to us all the time." > OpenAI's superalignment team was promised 20% of the company's compute. Four people who worked on or with the team said actual resources were 1-2%, mostly on the oldest cluster with the worst chips. The team was dissolved without completing its mission. > Sam told the board that safety features in GPT-4 had been approved by a safety panel. Helen Toner requested documentation and found the most controversial features had not been approved. Sam also never mentioned to the board that Microsoft released an early ChatGPT version in India without completing a required safety review. > Sam made a secret pact with Greg and Ilya where he agreed to resign if they both deemed it necessary, essentially appointing his own shadow board. The actual board was alarmed when they learned about it. > Sam struck a deal with Greg to become CEO while simultaneously telling researchers that Greg's authority would be diminished, and telling Greg something different. > A board member described Sam as having "two traits almost never seen in the same person: a strong desire to please people in any given interaction, and almost a sociopathic lack of concern for the consequences of deceiving someone." Multiple sources independently used the word "sociopathic." > OpenAI is reportedly preparing for an IPO at a potential $1 trillion valuation while securing government contracts spanning immigration enforcement, domestic surveillance, and autonomous weaponry in war zones.

@GenFlynn Yes, war crimes against civilians, including knowingly killing innocent women and children, plus destroying medical/energy infrastructure — it's all clearly for the good of the Iranian people 🤡

Iran is run by a “mafia-like” oligarchy of tyrants who desperately want to hold on to power. They want the world to believe they’re all waiting for the 12th Imam while they steal from the very people they are bold-face lying to. And it’s disgraceful how much the left in America wants these criminals to succeed. Like it or not, we’re engaged and we must now win…for the sake of freedom (economically & politically) and for the sake of the Iranian people who despise the tyrants that rule over every aspect of their lives. We know the Persian people and culture can return to a functioning, global society and culture once the yoke of this insane, psychotic group of crony thugs has been lifted and they have been destroyed. Like it or not, the war is engaged and we have only one acceptable outcome for America—Victory!
Aimen Dean@AimenDean

About 4,000 children of senior Iranian officials and generals are reportedly living the “Great Satan” dream .. holding 🇺🇸 green cards or citizenship, building careers, and enjoying the very liberal freedoms their fathers spent a lifetime condemning and persecuting. Among them the kids and relatives of Ali Larijani, ex president Mohammad Khatami, current foreign minister Abbas Araghchi, Ayatollah Mohammad Yazdi (deceased chief justice of Iran who condemned countless people to death). Mohammad Javad Zarif (former foreign minister) and even the ultimate butcher Qasem Soleimani. It’s the most honest slogan the regime never prints on its banners: “America, GO HOME😠… but please, for God’s sake, take our kids with you🙏🏻🤪.” Revolutionary slaughter for the masses. First-class boarding passes for the family.🤦🏻‍♂️

@buridansridge It truly is awe inspiring for a man when his woman has the depth to see his consideration as love 💞

Lauren@buridansridge·
Consideration is a form of deep male affection. It often appears in quiet ways, like when he sees you excited and silently chooses to let you enjoy what you like over his own preference. Male love is often steadfast - thus, his constant conscious choosing can quietly slip into subconscious habitual entitlement for some women who have never paused to reflect on all that he has willingly forgone to make your life easier, to see you smile, to hear the delight in your voice. If you look closely, his love permeates all your interactions, it can even be found in moments when you are engaged in a lively conversation and he lets you express your train of thought while he listens attentively, shelving his own. These are all small trinkets of adoration. Reciprocal love is not always loud - think about what he would like, in the way he prefers when he is enjoying time alone. A common misunderstanding occurs when a well-intentioned woman organises an outing for the man she loves, but the outing reflects what she would like to do rather than what he would take pleasure in. Choose instead to sing his language of love back to him. A little mutual consideration makes love both beautiful and enduring.

This thread is mandatory reading if you're building with it.

Your visual cortex burns 44% of your brain's energy budget. Turning off the lights in the shower is the fastest way to slash that load to near zero. Your brain is 2% of your body weight but burns 20% of your total energy. Visual processing alone eats almost half of that. Every photon hitting your retina triggers a cascade of neural signaling that demands oxygen, glucose, and ATP at rates higher than almost any other cognitive function. When you kill the lights, you're removing the single largest energy load on your cortex. That freed-up metabolic capacity gets reallocated. This is where it gets interesting. A 2022 study from the Laureate Institute for Brain Research measured what happens when you strip sensory input from anxious patients. High-frequency heart rate variability, the gold standard marker of parasympathetic activation, increased significantly compared to controls. Blood pressure dropped. Breathing rate fell. The nervous system shifted from sympathetic dominance to parasympathetic mode within minutes. The warm water adds a second mechanism. Core body temperature rises during the shower. When you step out, temperature drops rapidly. That cooling signal triggers melatonin production and primes the circadian system for sleep. Layer darkness on top: no photons suppressing melatonin through the retinal ganglion cells, no blue-light signaling to the suprachiasmatic nucleus that it's still daytime. The shower is doing three things simultaneously. Reducing cortical energy demand by eliminating visual input. Activating the parasympathetic nervous system through sensory reduction. Triggering thermoregulatory sleep signaling through the heat-then-cool cycle. A $0 float tank that takes 10 minutes.

Tyler Robinson did not “confess” to his parents. As someone who has spoken directly with a family member inside the courtroom, I can tell you this: they said about 2% of what you hear in the media about Tyler is true. His family refuses to talk to the press because everything gets misconstrued. They also said Tyler is not capable of something like this. So ask yourself: does this sound like a family that would turn him in? It’s also interesting that the footage of them “turning him in” is now missing or deleted, right?
Blake Neff@BlakeSNeff

Tyler Robinson literally confessed to his parents, and was turned in by them, and has his DNA all over the weapon used to kill Charlie. But some people are so obsessed with hating Israel, the same thing they are obsessed with literally every day, that they will try to help a murderer get off so they can keep pursuing their daily obsession. substack.com/home/post/p-19…

It’s no secret that cottage cheese is my favourite food in the world… apart from maybe oxtail stew. At this point I’m basically 63% cottage cheese by volume. 3 to 4 pots a day is standard. Recently 6. We’re in a growth phase. But the thing is not all cottage cheese is created equal. England… I tried, I really did. But the low-fat options are tragic. A cultural misstep. Sweden was strong. Respect. Those 1kg (?) tubs didn’t stand a chance. Switzerland also elite. Clinical performance. But now I’m in Poland… and I might be biased but this is the best (low fat) cottage cheese in the world. I’ve returned to my natural state. Tbh nothing makes me feel better. Digestion = smooth, mood = suspiciously good, life = manageable. Cottage cheese is life: • Easy to digest protein -> supports metabolism, liver’s clearance of estrogen, without stressing the system • High calcium -> lowers stress hormones, supports energy production • Low fat (if you choose it that way) -> keeps things efficient when intake is… enthusiastic • Helps keep the gut calm More energy, less stress, better function. SINPLE. Anyway, if anyone needs me, I’ll be eating my sixth cottage cheese of the day and experiencing inner peace. Cottage cheese era :)))))

After a gargantuan effort over the last 3 months we’ve done the impossible and secured PHARMA grade DHT As in, from one of the few companies in the world that own the Drug Master Files (DMFs) Did it 100% legit too with proper import and export licenses. Major achievement! Going forward there should be absolutely no question on raws purity Now that supply chain is secure, looking forward to resuming R&D on DHT creams and esters!
