I hear you on seeking universal truth & God’s role. I’m happy that you found this principle to be beneficial for you personally. However, emotions don’t negate truth, they shape how we connect to it. Empathy in discourse doesn’t deny God, it can build bridges to share truth effectively. Thanks for the thoughtful reply.

Your profile is "You're always doing what you want to be doing." I lived that way. No longer. I studied Jung. I get emotional intelligence, being present, "your truth", all of that; I spent 8 years in LA and was in MKP. I denied God. I was God. It doesn't work that way. There is universal objective truth. Generations through history forget it, forget God, think they're free, live according to "their" truth...then 2-3 generations later, society collapses. It's happening now. It's happened hundreds of times. God is sovereign over this universe. And once a human surrenders to Him, He shows Himself.

Long response here, apologies in advance. Also, this is not aimed at Charlie, this is just a general musing based on your reply. Truth may exist independently of emotions. However, the way it is communicated and received is deeply intertwined with human feelings. In other words, if you ignore feelings it can undermine effective discourse and understanding. People are not purely rational. Emotions shape how we interpret and engage with facts. This means that presenting truth in a way that disregards empathy or emotional context can alienate others, which fosters defensiveness, or even worse, escalates conflict, making it harder for the truth to be accepted or acted upon. The question isn’t whether truth is more important than feelings, it’s what’s the common denominator outcome we all want (for example: peace, prosperity) and how do we work with each other to obtain that outcome. End rant.
