@tosinancial @Letter_to_Jack It could be bought in company’s name as coys car. All they would be subjected to is proving the cars are used for day to day running of the business. If they can then fine. The CEO is an influencer, they could argue is lifestyle brings investment into the biz and it’s necessary.

However, he will have to pay 5% of the Value of the Car as BIK … Recently, he claimed he was gifted GAC too, no sensible tax man will allow that.

@blue_resolve @Letter_to_Jack If you read his caption, the company gifted him the car right… that’s where benefit in kind comes in, he will be paying 5% of the vehicle alongside his PAYE… so he didn’t really dodge tax 25% of the car value is what he can claim as capital allowance annually.

Contrary to what everyone is saying - I think the Kabiyesi is doing the right thing here. I am Iwo son 💯 and I give kudos to him for this. Even though I don't like his behavior & utterances but for this one, he has done what an elder should do. Preach peace! My village Ogbaagbaa (Iwo) has a lot of these Fulani guys and they're well known, they bother nobody. We have never had issues with them and our farms are safe. If you want peace as a leader, community engagement is the best way to go and he has done that.
