@toughcoding The mlx support in Ollama is limited to specific quantized formats - you can't just drop any mlx_lm model in. Check if there's an official Ollama model converted for Apple Silicon, or try the GGUF equivalent.

They said Ollama support mlx ... so I tried to pickup some model that I used with mlx_lm and it failed. #ollama #mlx
