Breaking: Clippers waive Chris Paul after he joked to Kawhi, Load management Bro you ARE the load. The entire room reportedly froze as every player tried to process what he just said. Staff members described the silence as the longest ten seconds in franchise history. Kawhi simply stared, stood up, and walked out without a word. Within the hour, the front office met, reviewed the situation, and made the decision to cut CP3 before the tension got any worse. An unreal turn of events in Los Angeles as the team now attempts to recover from one of the most awkward moments in team meeting history.

@tkainer @iah Thank you for this tip. I had the same experience. Guy outside said wait time is 4 hrs. I had precheck and breezed through faster than normally. Less than 15 minutes, no lie.

@iah IAH was crazy. However, the TSA pre check line at terminal A was empty. Took me about 5 mins to go through. I’m United, parked in Terminal C, walked underground to A, then took the Sky train to E. All in all about 35 mins after I parked. Both A and E normal lines were huge.

Heads up, travelers! TSA wait times may exceed 90 minutes. Arriving early gives you time to park, check your bags, and get through security. We appreciate your patience as our federal partners work to keep everyone safe.

@JohnBevere Hi John. I just finished God Where Are You about 10 minutes ago and wanted to say it felt like it was written directly for me during the season I'm going through. It gave me answers, hope, and tools needed to get through the wilderness into a better place. Thank You!

@AnneDS2020 @GoAngelo @mmfa 💯. The barrier to entry on the podcast YouTube side is way easier than anything mainstream. Why doesn't the left side take the money from the dying mainstream side and put it towards the podcast side to gain traction with how younger voters consume things. It is so obvious!

In the independent podcast and YouTube video lane, there may be more conservative points of view (and far more independent/ middle of the road than your graphic suggests). But this isn't meaningful unless you compare this to the overwhelming left-wing/Democrat bias in the vast majority of mainstream media - print, online, and broadcast.

1. What you see here is clearest illustration why things are so messed up and why it cannot get any better until this asymmetry is addressed. Put simply: right-wing has narrative dominance. My org (@mmfa) did this study and been sounding this alarm for years. Some thoughts...

@DataRepublican When you say dragged me down to their level it reminded me of 2 verses. Proverbs 26:4-5 and Proverbs 14:7. In fact your whole post is basically experiencing what the verses in Proverbs talk about when interacting with fools.

Good morning. Going back to tooling today and motivated to release today, but some thoughts: What I took away from yesterday is that there’s zero intellectual honesty in these discussions. I didn’t post that query to show off scripting—I posted it to get feedback on whether the columns being pulled directly addressed Legum’s argument. The query ran against a multi-terabyte database (larger than stated in the setup instructions) stored on an external drive, which overheated two days ago. I don’t pull from that database often; I typically just run a query for 10 minutes, then analyze/process the results to what you see on the website. Instead of engaging with the actual logical points, people started denying that hard drives can overheat, failing to understand why B-Tree indices are intractable to construct on external storage, misrepresenting basic I/O principles, dismissing the fact that the plaintext credentials were the default USSpending ones, and even arguing over the word “indexes” as if that were some kind of meaningful victory. None of this addressed my actual point: the data itself does not support Legum’s claim that DOGE is using the wrong metric. If anything, DOGE is underestimating savings. The fact that no one even attempted to engage with that argument—while fixating on irrelevant nitpicks—proves that Legum’s website is unserious. And in a way, they did win—they dragged me down to their level and got me to waste time responding. That wasn’t my best moment. Lesson learned. I’ll always answer technical questions posed in good faith, but I’m not entertaining bad-faith nitpicking, like questioning transaction management on a simple SELECT query.

🚨 BREAKING: Trudeau breaks down in tears after a heated call with Trump. Reports say the conversation was “colorful”—translation: Trump probably threw a tantrum about tariffs, and Trudeau isn’t having it. Canada has already banned U.S. alcohol, refuses to budge on Trump’s trade war, and now Trudeau is feeling the pressure as he prepares to step down. Meanwhile, MAGA is celebrating like they just won a war—but let’s be real, this trade war is hurting American businesses just as much. The fallout is coming.

@brett0769 @LordAaron6 @craftingflan @CalltoActivism Bingo. So everyone touting this as a win, it could be just a paper tiger and the only way for it to change is for the administration to change in favor of executing it ( or by a giant stretch impeachment)

Nobody ever regardless of party in the House and Senate. The executive executes the laws. If the President simply refuses to execute the law, say by leaving the border open for example, all the legislature can do is impeach. The people, however, can elect a different President next time around.

Translation: The court must be specific in what they say must be paid to comply with the order. And then the President will be obligated to make those payment... before the end of the fiscal year... assuming the ability of the judge to make such an order withstands review by the court, a matter not considered in today's ruling.
