Q: The opposition has said that some of these good initiatives (such as CNG converting) are only available to the APC members. Ismaeel: It's open for everybody who wants it. At designated convention centers, we don't ask for your party membership. Right now, we have 120,000 that have already converted. For these 100,000 that the president ordered, we have kits in warehouses that we are rolling out in two to three weeks.

How come the opposition doesn’t have the mettle to be able to stand its ground the way President Tinubu did when he was in the opposition? He was a fierce competitor. We never had such weak opposition before. My surprise is that I thought the ADC would pick up some PDP governors. - Ismail Ahmed, PCNG Chairman and Former APC Youth Leader.

I saw a former PDP governor who is now in ADC and I asked him 2 simple questions - 1. Don’t you wish you were a governor under the Presidency of @officialABAT? 2. Can you imagine what you would have achieved? He was speechless! We are in the season for great men to achieve great things for great people 🇳🇬

Historic! President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved fiscal incentives unlocking the Final Investment Decision (FID) for the Bonga Southwest Aparo (BSWA) deepwater project. Making it the first deepwater Production Sharing Contract (PSD) to reach this stage since 2008—unlocking $20bn in investment. For Nigeria, this means jobs for engineers, technicians, and local businesses. It means energy security and renewed investor confidence in Nigeria’s energy reforms. This demonstrates global confidence in Nigeria. This represents sustainable growth. And NNPC Limited stands ready to deliver. #Nigeria #Energy #Investment

"The President has given a direct mandate that we should immediately deploy about 100,000 kits. We are working with many other stakeholders to incentivise and get these kits into the market quickly, enabling a lot of vehicles and tricycles to be converted so that people can access gas." - Barrister Ismael Ahmed @IsmaeelAhmedB, Chairman, Presidential Compressed Natural Gas Initiative (PCNGi).

@officialABAT fully introduced Nigeria CNG almost 3 years ago as an alternative to Petrol and Diesel, just like India, Qatar, Iran etc. The man who built $20b refinery for Diesel and Petrol declares that he uses CNG to distribute Diesel and Petrol, the cost of CNG is 1/3 that of Diesel and 1/2 of Petrol, and some “pipu” are still crying about the cost of Diesel🤷🏾. Make it make sense!!! @otegaogra @IsmaeelAhmedB

“I have been sad because I can’t cope with ₦1,500 per liter for diesel. In one of the businesses that I run, KAP Village, I spent ₦11 million in just 4–5 weeks on diesel.” — Filmmaker Kunle Afolayan laments the rising cost of diesel in Nigeria.

"NASIR EL RUFAI IS NOT A DEMOCRAT" - Prince Adewole Adebayo of the SDP. "Nasir El-Rufai tried to hijack the party." "He knows about party administration." "He printed his own party card, had a parallel register." Forgery? "The party warned him, but he thought he could buy everybody." "He was then expelled for 30 years." It is indeed poetic justice that the man who was accusing Asiwaju of not running the party along democratic values was allegedly expelled from a far smaller party for indiscipline, forgery, and anti-party activities. They are very loud - always very loud to preach what they can never practice.

Peter Obi joined the PDP in 2001, when he was met with opposition he left and switched to APGA in 2002 which was formed in 2002, used the platform to win election (twice) and then moved back to the PDP. After losing the election in 2019 and couldn't get his way in 2022, he switched to LP, couldn't run the party successfully and then moved to the ADC. -From PDP to APGA to PDP to LP to ADC. -He worked with Atiku in 2019, condemned Atiku's platform (PDP) as the structure of criminality, then is back to working with Atiku again. "I will never leave APGA” promises made between 2002 to 2010. "I am not leaving Labour Party" promise made in April 2024. Let's not also forget that Obi was supposed to help Atiku win the 2019 election by upping his chances in the South-East. Couldn't keep his promise in the past, bails easily, but of course, Nigerians are overly sentimental.

"I was only Progressive Governor standing when the PDP were threatening to rule for more than half a century. But where are they today? I am a democrat with proven records, I will never support a one-party state. APC was formed to prevent the PDP from turning Nigeria to a one-party state. However, we would be committing a democratic crime if we prevent others from joining us, our door will forever remain open to all. I will not also advise opposition to put their house in order, in fact it's a pleasure watching them disorganised and in disarray....."

We heard Dele Farotimi quoted recently to have said that Peter Obi won 2023 elections. That is the candidate of a party who couldn't get 50% of the polling manned by Labour Party Agents. Kenneth Okonkwo told the world on Live TV that you don't need communication to UPLOAD data of elections results. The one called Randy Peter said on Live TV that Peter Obi, even as he is currently unmasked as an empty and classless skull, will beat Tinubu at the Presidential Elections of 2027 before 1PM. Aisha sat on Live TV at the same ASLEEP TV station, their favourite station and told the world that ADC already had over 200m supporters and only 30 Governors remain with APC.. Doesn't that mean Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and his family are supporters of ADC? Now Aisha Yesufu, Kenneth Okonkwo and Randy Peter are the current lead vocalist of the group which calls itself the OPPOSITION which hoping to wrest power from a sitting President Bola Tinubu. Content creators and Jesters. These people with the combination of Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, RotimI Amaechi and the sitting Senator Ireti Kingibe couldn't win even a quarter of the wards at the last Abuja Council Polls. Senator Ireti Kingibe reportedly got only TWO VOTES at her polling unit whereas it is said that she was accompanied to the unit by at least her driver and maid both of whom should be registered voters. Is she going to say that the results of her polling unit was rigged under her nose? By the time the 2027 Presidential Elections are over and the only sure results come out confirming Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as duly re-elected for 2nd Term, these fools will run into the streets and social Media to cry Rigging!!!! They want REAL TIME transmission of voting and results, the same people who couldn't save their own small ADC servers from hackers. It is said that 140m "Nigerians" registered as ADC members within 24 hours, it was bad that a man said he was able to register his dogs are ADC members on that portal. I hear Donald Trump got registered on it too. Yet they want Nigeria's Presidential elections to be transmitted REAL TIME. The Lekki Internet Associates will surely hack into the servers to distrust everything and cause chaos. Are these ones even serious at all? #ThinkYorubaFirst #Igbimoomoyoruba © Adedamola Adetayo

I haven't been on twitter today - but someone brought a few of my old tweets to my attention and I can't not address it. 14 years ago, I was 23, so I was definitely not a child. I'm not here to make excuses because I don't have anything to make excuses for. What I can't let anyone do is twist my story to fit false narratives. In 2012, I lived and helped out at my mom's daycare while I was hustling my music. I tweeted everything that happened in my life, as we all did at the time. Kids can be mischievous. If a child did something I found funny, I tweeted about it. Kids are cute and lovable. I want to hug, kiss and cuddle them. I tweet about it. Nothing I tweeted was from perversion. I was not famous, so maybe if I was, I would have understood that anything is open to whatever interpretation including being used falsely by a faceless mob. I've never been depraved in my life. You can retweet all the tweets in the world about me loudly crushing on people I admire/d. Or being a cheeky young woman. I wasn't trying to hide it, because I don't have anything to hide. My team has been deleting some of my tweets because of how sensitive it is for my family. To be honest, I did not want to. I have always spoken against rape and sexual assault even before you knew I existed. It's not a costume I'm wearing, it's who I am. I've never claimed to be perfect. I've never claimed to know everything. I said stop raping women. I stand by it.
