Ferguson bottled 2 champions league finals to Barcelona, if that should happen today fans would have roasted him alive. Amorim bottled an Europa league and he became an enemy

@_Niyi09 @Utdbeni I just watched it again, and honestly, I counted just as many sideways and diagonal passes as is the case under Carrick. In fact, I think United's style of play against City was far better than this.

🚨🎖️| @lauriewhitwell: “I speak to people close to PSG, they are adamant he [Luis Enrique] is going to SIGN a new contract with them. “I’m sure there are people at United who have admiration for Enrique. Whether that translates into United actually pursuing talks, going after it aggressively. “I think there’s a GOOD relationship between PSG and United. There are obviously a couple of people on the executive side who used to work at PSG. “So I don't think it would be any kind of hostile bid to LURE him away. Enrique’s preference on that would certainly be a factor”. #MUFC [@StretfordPaddck, YT]

@commissionase Nagglesman is another risk, just like Amorim and Carrick. United should be looking at names like Enrique, Ancelotti, and Allegri. Otherwise, keep Carrick.

Marcus Rashford was awful last night but one decent dribble and a terrible cross is enough for a section of the fanbase to be calling Cunha shit demanding he give the 10 shirt back and demanding Rashford back into the team These aren’t United fans they are playerFC stooges

@TheRulerUG @NoushardMUFC It depends on Barcelona. If Barcelona refuses to pay the buy out clause, Rashford will have no option than to return. Not that it means he will ever play for United again.

Marcus Rashford. People can hype him however they want, but I don’t think he should be anywhere near a return to Manchester United. That chapter is closed. I don’t know if it’s bias because he’s English or just pure player FC, but some fans refuse to move on and it makes no sense. Let’s not rewrite history. This is a player who was out clubbing before games. A player on £325k a week performing like he was doing the club a favor. Inconsistent doesn’t even cover it one day world-class, the next completely invisible. He disrespected the manager, Erik ten Hag, and didn’t set the standard for his teammates. That matters. He was loaned out because he no longer fit into a serious rebuild. The plan was to move forward, not look back. So why bring him back? You can’t demand elite standards and still push for players who didn’t meet them. It doesn’t work like that.

Julian Nagelsmann is the only manager close to Enrique with the kind of football I want Manchester United to play next season, if Enrique does happen get me this Ginius.

@Utdbeni Didn’t Ancelloti sign a contract extension with Brazil recently? As for Enrique, his contract expires in the summer of 2027. Tuchel has also signed an extension.

@kaydee04 @AliceTalksFooty I think Alice’s post is about how Arsenal played against City vs how United played. Newcastle and Bournemouth are different teams and require different approaches. Both Arsenal and City also had difficult games against those two.

@AliceTalksFooty Im wondering how factual this is. So does it mean that Carrick told Man Utd to hold back, not playing wide and attack when playing 10 man Newcastle? Or just be timid/uninspired, when down to 10 men at Bournemouth?

Michael Carrick told Man Utd to go right at City's defence and as a result we scored two and could have scored about five. Guehi, Dias & Gvardiol are all out. I can't believe Mikel Arteta didn't either try and have a go at City and stuck with coward tactics. We have seen City be defensively vulnerable when you give them a go. Arteta's approach was costly..

Chelsea, Liverpool, Real Madrid, Tottenham and Manchester City will all be in search of elite managers in the summer. If Manchester United doesn’t make a decision on carrick by signing a pre contract agreement with Enrique Or Nagelsmann we will be stacked with Carrick sadly🥹

We’re far from safe in this top 5/6 battle. Especially because I think we lose at Chelsea. Our away form and performances are really poor and they no longer have Europe as a midweek distraction. Need to win those 4 home games. Do that and we should be ok.

@MUFC__Prince @Cantonadevils If it were just the coaching credentials and technical ability, I would agree with you. But we also have to consider the size of the club. The advantage Carrick has over Iraola is that he knows and understands the club.

Bournemouth are 10th on the league table with Andoni Iraola. Even after loosing players like; Zabarnyi, kerkez, Huijsen, Jadon, Antony, Billings, Ouatarra, Solanke and Semenyo, Bournemouth is still a good looking side and still plays a beautiful football. Imagine being fully backed with the right players. Although Manchester United job is a big one and have seen it crush quality managers than Iraola, Also coaching a small club isn’t same as coaching a big club. The downside is that Andoni Iraola might pull a Thomas Frank and buckle under pressure and the players might turn him if he gets the job.
@cantonadevils@Cantonadevils

Andoni Iraola style of football is entertaining to watch. High pressing, quick and fast transition football. Plays a 4-2-3-1 formation that will benefit our players and his setup is good. If we can’t get, Luis Enrique or Nagelsmann. Andoni Iraola should become the Manchester United head coach.

2021 - Paul Pogba 2022 - Cristiano Ronaldo 2023 - Scott Mctominay 2024 - Rasmus Hojlund 2025 - Marcus Rashford 2026 - Kobbie Mainoo. In each of these years, this players were picked out to being the problem and acted in some sought of way, on or off the pitch that attracted the fans and media criticism or smoke towards them. Two common denominator they all had was “Attitude towards the coach and Perfomance on the pitch”. And once a player falls in that bracket at Manchester United, it’s a matter of time before they are sold, hated, hounded and kicked out. Kobbie has fallen in that bracket and it’s a matter of time 🤷. Glory Glory Man United Hounds.

Aside from the officials a big problem for us is we don’t control games. At no stage tonight did we look comfortable. We don’t press the ball properly, compared to how Bournemouth players were hunting us down all night. It’s a real issue. Leaves you open to moments like that.
