Received shocking service by @Fidelity_Secure this morning in Tokai. At 3.42am alarm went off, requested for Armed Response immediately. 15 min passed & nothing, we called again. Another 10 min & finally arrived. Shocking service. Where every second counts if there is an issue!

@TAKEALOT I logged a return - iPhone 14 Pro that had already been assessed by Apple and was collected Monday 15 January. Still awaiting update, the screen is unresponsive to touch but still under warranty, only 10 months old. This is impacting my job & should be replaced urgently
