BREAKING: Trump just detonated online and used a derogatory disability slur to describe Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, in a public Thanksgiving message, no less. This isn’t “tough talk.” It’s the President of the United States calling Minnesota Governor Tim Walz “seriously retarded” in an official holiday message, a direct use of demeaning language to attack a sitting governor.

I’m exhausted from covering dead children in Minnesota, Charlie Kirk, and 9/11. I’m out of words. Here’s all I can muster at this point. Donald Trump is term-limited and will be gone by January 21, 2029. He is not a dictator. Democracy is not under attack. The nation will keep having elections that swing back and forth between the parties. There is no permanence in politics. We are not at war with each other unless we choose to be. There is evil in the world and we keep seeing it, but many of those you think are evil also think you are evil and you do not know each other, which makes it easier to think each other is evil when, in fact, you just have profoundly different views on what would make the world better. If you read the last one and thought “yes, but” you might need to unplug from politics instead of justifying the evil on the other side of your political tribe. And if you’re still defensive and want to reflect on the evil we have all seen and I am not dismissing but you someone think I am, you really ought to touch some grass for a bit. You’ll be okay. We are not in an authoritarian or totalitarian state. There is no constitutional crisis. Trans people are not being killed by those who disagree with transgenderism as a concept. Many of us think it is mental illness and many of you are proving us right. Fighting fire with fire gets everyone burned, and making every hill one to die on gets everyone killed. Words are not violence, and physical violence against words must be punished. These truths are self-evident: that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. Lastly, God is still on the throne and we’re all going to be okay.

Not all heroes wear capes….some are moms! My mom is my hero and I pray everyday to carry that legacy to my kiddos. ❤️❤️

She knew yesterday before the bill was signed that Trump wasn’t going to mass deport. Just the criminal illegals. We’ve all been so played, so lied to. So manipulated. By ALL of them.

I recently was on vacation in an incredible little all-American beach town with family. Every single hospitality worker was from another country. Every single one. Why aren’t we hiring young Americans for these jobs? The secret? These people can all be underpaid through work visa programs, while big hotel chains and resorts make the profit. We should have Americans working these jobs that best showcase the local atmosphere, not random foreigners who care very little about the community. I am sure they’re nice people— but they should work hospitality in their own country, or at least on their own continent. We don’t need more foreigners running our most prized vacation spots. It’s truly embarrassing to me that America is dependent on cheap foreign labor to run things. Just my opinion!

@krassenstein It's literally the job of the judiciary to act as check on the other branches of government including the executive! What are they teaching in law school?

Dear dude who called his boss “America’s Hitler, Judges aren’t trying to strip Trump of legitimate executive power—they’re doing their job by upholding the Constitution. Their role is to define the limits of executive authority, not let the guy you called “America’s Hitler” dictate what is or isn’t lawful. That’s how democracy works, whether “America’s Hitler” likes it or not.

My conclusion is that Americans just don't want a female President. Trump beat Clinton and Harris. He lost to Biden. Evangelicals actually decided they want Trump as their “pastor” because they don't believe that women should be in the pulpit. Your thoughts?

That’s the part I’m pushing back on. They genuinely hate Harris’ views on abortion/transgender/immigration. They’re not picking him as “pastor”
