You cut down trees, do regular controlled burns, and clear old debris off the forest floor that shouldve been cleared in 1990. Basic forest management stuff.

ALL that pushing WTI up 14 cents. Still not even 80. Truly, I cannot explain this in any way that doesn't sound like a stupid conspiracy theory.
