This happened to me in Paris back in 2008. It was in a market. People just watched. I punched the guy as hard as I could in his stomach and ran. He chased after me. He was big and slow, I was fast. To be honest had some minor PTSD living in that area, worrying about running into that guy again. Would carry a pencil with me thinking I could stab him with it if he attacked me. Law and order is a nice thing.

Caloric deficit of 400 calories below maintenance using a macro tracking app. I use MacroFactor. It doesn’t need to be complicated or torturesome. It’s very hard to lose weight on vibes. You’ll always wanna eat more than you need. If you’re tracking you actually eat more than you think in order to lose weight. And you can be sure you’re eating enough protein so that you’re not losing muscle, something that’s #1 concern for a gentleman of your age.

I easily am carrying an extra 50 lbs of flab in my old age. I have peeled it off many times. (Got touch the bag before leading off again.) Today I begin another Great Reset that will explore different approaches one week at a time. Week one: simple intermittent fast (no food before 6:00 PM each day.) Did that as an athlete in college and for approaching a decade in taekowndo. But then I am going progressively more kinky. If you don't see anymore posts on the topic, it means I stole a base rather than touched the bag.

Yes! Same. Also a huge fan of Vivobarefoot. They’re pricey, but those fuckers last forever. I’m a bit flat footed so I’ve also been using toe separators for years now. I’ve he combo of the two has been huge for me. Actually activating my big toe has completely fixed any issues with my flat feet.

I think surrogacy is evil. A woman's womb is the child's entire world. To separate a child from it's mother is evil. A baby doesn't know it's a surrogate or that it's DNA isn't of the woman carrying it. A baby needs it's mother. Period. The idea that it's even a discussion says a lot about the state of our society.
