@rapidobikeapp is giving pathetic experience from Delhi T3. It takes ages to get the cab. Drivers don’t turn up. They pick up parallel bookings from other apps causing trouble to customers. @RapidoCares people available are also not helpful. This guy did the same with me.

@Uber_India for my ride from Delhi to Gurgaon the driver of my Uber rental took Rs300 cash separately, saying that this is a state entry tax, which needs to be paid separately. Is this in order?

Took Uber Black last night at Delhi Airport. Super convenient, just share the PIN and get into one of the Toyota Hyryders parked on the ground floor of the parking area. No waiting required. The cabin was clean and smelled fresh, though I’m not sure how long that will last The driver was polite, well-dressed and had good driving habits You also get ride preferences before booking: • Conversation - Quiet or Happy to Chat • Temperature - Hot, Warm, Cool or Cold • Bags - Yes or No My only concern is - why do we have to pay extra for these basic things? Clean cabs, polite drivers and rider temperature preferences shouldn’t come at a premium
