I don't understand the boomers that hoard all their wealth from their kids. I have a good buddy that's struggling. Married with a few kids. He's smart. Graduated university with great grades, got hired by a good company, & did everything "right." He got laid off over a year ago & told me he's sent 10,000 resumes in with no job offerings..... He's working side gigs but his family is stressed. His folks are retired & in their 70's. His dad recently told him he's got north of 15 million invested!!! My buddy said he didn't say anything & didn't want to be disrespectful but it perplexed him. Why wait until you die to gift it to your kids?! It's worth more now helping out in my opinion that in 20 years when you die & you give 25 million to a 55 year old that's also then likely set & not stressed. You can gift like what 16k a year tax free too. It's their money, & when my folks sat my sister & I down for the inheritance talk we both said we don't want/expect anything you raised us well so do you!!!! But, I guarantee if I was in this guys shoes my folks would offer help. I don't understand the logic not to.

I never saw the benefit to doing 100 pushups a day. Sure it’s a challenge. But aside from that there’s no inherent advantage to doing it. It could be even be detrimental in the form of shoulder injuries. It’s an arbitrary challenge with no purpose other than being hard to do.

I don't often tell wives what to do or how to act to be GREAT WIVES. There's great female accounts (married women showing receipts) that do that I recommend you follow. @GiaMMacool @MonicaMAlmaguer Are a couple. But I want to share something that my wife did a couple weeks ago that I believe ALL WIVES can learn from. My wife was upstairs helping our eldest daughter with math. I was downstairs playing teenage mutant ninja turtles with my two 5 year old sons. They had both eaten all their dinner & said, "dad we are still hungry can we have some mac-n-cheese?" I'll admit my wife makes 99% of the food. I stay out of the kitchen except to clean up. But, I didn't want to bother her & figured how hard can it be :). Well, I forgot to ADD WATER..... so 2 minutes later the microwave is almost on fire! The Mac-n-cheese is in ashes! My wife & daughter come running downstairs as they smell the smoke. Here's the thing: •I instantly say MY BAD I WAS TRYING TO MAKE THE BOYS MAC-N-CHEESE. I believe 90% of wives would say something unkind here. -You're always messing up...... -Why would you do that..... -You could've burned the house down.... I was already beating myself up though & felt dumb. I was instead met with: -Thanks so much for trying to get the boys food. -It's an easy mistake don't worry. -Don't beat yourself up you were trying to help! Two weeks later she never brought it up once. I've made plenty of mistakes. Everyday I probably do a lot of things great as a husband & a couple things I could do better. My wife always CHOOSES to focus on the good. I extend that same grace to her as well. We all fight enough battles everyday. I love our kids, but they drain me. (They aren't waking up thinking how can I fill dad's cup today!) Work, clients, bills, chores, deadlines, etc....... everyday we all face these. In marriage my wife & I strive to make our home peaceful, be kind to one another even in times we mess up the Mac-n-cheese. Give your spouse some grace. Be kind & show gratitude today. Also, add water before making mac-n-cheese :)

This is my hypothetical scenario regarding the collapse of $MSTR MicroStrategy’s value depends heavily on $BTC. It does well when prices are rising, but becomes very vulnerable if the market crashes. Their debt works fine… until it doesn’t. A 50–60% drop in BTC could trigger tighter loan rules, collateral calls, and even forced BTC sales, right when liquidity is lowest and buyers have vanished. Their entire strategy depends on being able to borrow money at a lower cost than the gains they make from Bitcoin. But if BTC corrects hard, everything gets tricky: Debt gets more expensive > lenders want higher interest because the risk is bigger. Refinancing becomes painful > new loans come with worse terms or extra collateral. Equity raises get dilutive > the stock’s down, so they have to sell more shares to get the same cash. They’re basically using debt to supercharge their BTC bet. That works great when BTC rises, but when BTC falls, the debt doesn’t shrink, so the leverage makes losses hit harder. A 40–50% BTC drop probably won’t trigger instant liquidation, but it would shrink collateral value, limit borrowing, and could force them to post more BTC. If the market stays weak, they might lose access to cheap credit entirely, then selling BTC to meet obligations becomes likely. Bottom line is this isn’t just HODLing. It’s a high risk, leveraged bet that works well in a bull market but can get very messy in a major correction. MicroStrategy is like a stack of cards built on Bitcoin. Each block of debt and BTC purchase adds height, but a big drop could topple the whole thing.

You need to be fibermaxxing. Get 25-35 grams a day through potatoes, broccoli, fruits. Supplement with psyllium husk or chia seeds. Fiber keeps you full, improves blood sugar, digestion, and keeps you regular. Colon cancer is the #1 killer of men and women under 50. Fiber protects you against that. Please for the love of God eat more fiber.
