@tripcentral Very upset. Agent did not disclose upfront that they charge a $60/pp booking change fee. This is in addition to cancellation insurance. A line hidden on an invoice is not upfront disclosure. I want this fee waived

@mommayuke @tripcentral We are in the same situation from a trip booked in April 2020. Submitted our claim September 14 2021, and have not heard a peep. TripCentral reps don’t have visibility into claims. No guidance on whom to contact

@aastha_shetty Thanks for your message! You may have heard incorrectly. There are some bookings being made, at the travellers own discretion! Even if there were 17 bookings made today, that could be for travel a year from now. Enjoy your weekend!
