BREAKING NEWS: Accused NDIS fraudster Marcia De Menezes just REFUSED to apologise to the family of the 16 year old autistic child who died under her care.
Southport Coroner’s Court heard evidence yesterday that Marcia’s business essentially held Quinn Cook hostage, denying him access to a phone or access to a family - all while Marcia drained his NDIS plan.
He had threatened suicide for months but Marcia continued to hold him in the 6th floor of a Gold Coast high rise tower, boarding up the windows and telling staff to contact her before ever calling 000 in the event of an emergency.
She continues to run her NDIS business three years after the death.

Tens of thousands of homes in Australia are currently foreign-owned. A significant proportion are locked up and not even in use. At a time of a housing crisis, this is madness. One Nation would introduce a complete ban on the foreign ownership of homes and land. Those foreign citizens who currently own homes will be given two years to sell up.

Supreme Court appeal hearing complete.
Decision could be weeks or months, who knows.
It was a day and half of legal argument about the facts and points of law we believe the ruling judge got wrong.
It was all quite complex and detailed but ultimately
the outcome will determine if it really is vilification to refer to these males as men/blokes/fellas even though that is what they are.
It was also about the “damages” amounting to $95k and how that was determined. We also need clarification about the contradictory orders to not post their names but to also pin a post to all socials that name them.
Additionally the NSW attorney general’s office sent a barrister who argued that males who wish they were women need protection from people like me who hurt their feelings. He said there should be no implied freedom of political communication if it hurts their feelings even though I am registered political campaigner. We argued people and organisations need proof of policy failure if we are to enact change.
There was absolutely no regard for the feelings of women who are forced to have these men in our spaces, services or sport.

The risk of a woman being abused or assaulted in the women's toilet is indeed low, as long as it remains women-only. Risk goes up considerably when men are admitted to women's spaces.
