The next gigantic open world RPG for 2026 is going to Fable
This is definitely one of my most anticipated games of the year, the life simulator aspects of it with being able to affect every single NPC's life seemed mindblowing.

In crimson desert there is a town management system that looked pretty in-depth. I haven’t seen any reviewer talk about it though lol.
