personal update: after the best 3 years of my professional life, I'll be stepping down as the sherpa of @superteam at the end of the year. when superteam started, it was 7 people in a slack server. the first community call I ever did had 4 people in it. my own family thought i was crazy. fast forward and now superteam is onboarding talent to solana in 16 countries. 200,000 attendees have come to our events around the world. members have raised $40m in venture funding and literally hundreds of them have gotten jobs in the ecosystem. tens of thousands of people watch the Ecosystem Call every month. and most importantly, $9m+ has been earned directly in opportunities created by members, for members (#gdpgdpgdp) superteam truly is a cheat code. in my completely biased opinion, superteam has been a small but essential factor in solana's success. i'm especially proud of our country leads and team members. superteam is not a place for work-life balance, and its only because of their sacrifices that we've been able to accomplish what we have. there are literally hundreds of people to thank, but elon won't let me tag them all. so instead i'll give my biggest thanks to @akshaybd and @thetanmay, without whom superteam would not exist, as well as @rajgokal and @calilyliu who believed in this crazy experiment from the beginning. superteam is in great hands. the talent we've been able to assemble is ridiculously, ridiculously good. if you're a superteam member, you should be exceptionally bullish on where things are going. and if you're not a superteam member, what is wrong with you. and before anyone feels sad or something: i'll be a superteam member until the day i die. if you're a member and need something, my DMs are always open. (ok this is too long, i'm wrapping up i promise) as for what's next, i am genuinely thrilled to announce that i'll be joining @JupiterExchange fulltime 🥳 they don't really do job titles over there, but i'll be working on everything from growth to media to community to product. me and @weremeow are going to cook up some wild shit, definitely stay tuned for more details after i formally join on Jan 1st. anyway, thanks for reading this, thanks for being part of the solana community, and triple thanks to all the superteam members
