ON SECURITY It’s important to acknowledge where we were when this administration took office on May 29, 2023. Despite the serious efforts and investment of the immediate past administration, insecurity was still being reported across the country. IN THE SOUTHEAST The IPOB threat was spreading quickly across all five states, with weekly reports of kidnappings, ritual killings, and families unable to travel to their villages without heavy security. While Mazi Nnamdi Kanu had been arrested, the notorious Simon Ekpa continued to direct attacks from Finland until he was finally apprehended through the intervention of the President Tinubu-led administration. Since then, relative peace has returned to the Southeast. IN THE NORTHWEST I recall vividly that President Tinubu made a road trip to Birnin Gwari in Kaduna to reassure the community of his administration’s commitment to ending the conflicts that had halted economic activity for years, if elected. Today, Birnin Gwari is a thriving economic town with zero recorded attacks in the past three years. The same “progress” is visible across most of Kaduna and the Northwest as a whole. IN THE SOUTHWEST Ondo State endured frequent attacks by bandits, including the tragic attack on a church in Owo. Notably, recent travel advisories issued by foreign embassies did not list a single state in the Southwest — a testament to improved security measures and intelligence services deployed through the coordination of the Office of the National Security Adviser. IN THE SOUTH-SOUTH Oil production was at a record low when this administration came in, due to high levels of disruption in the oil fields. Many companies had been forced to suspend operations because of threats from locals and persistent theft. Today, oil production is averaging 1.5 million barrels per day, and several IOCs are resuming operations on long-abandoned wells. This is not mere coincidence; improved coordination and strategic changes in security measures made it possible. It is important to acknowledge that the Northcentral and Northeast remain a major concern, even as our military continues to record significant gains weekly. Every life lost or affected continues to weigh heavily on Mr President and he does not take these challenges lightly. President Tinubu’s administration continues to take decisive actions to build a stable and more secure nation through key reforms, including: - A push for the establishment of state police - An unprecedented budgetary allocation for security - Approval of mining marshals - Approval for the establishment of forest guards - A push for the establishment of Special Security Trust Funds Without being insensitive to the families still impacted by kidnappings and other attacks — which our security agencies are working tirelessly to eradicate — we must also provide context on where we were and the progress made so far. If there is an administration committed to fixing the fundamentals that brought us to this moment, it is the one led by the resilient President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and as citizens we must continue to support his administration. Truly, we will overcome this.

Bro, this project is the worst Federal Government project I have seen in my life. Like I could not believe my eyes the last time I passed through the road. I am based in Lagos and I am from Ipokia LG where the road ends. So that gives me the advantage of driving through the entire length of the project. From the start point to the end point, the project is a failure. The road, gutter, and bridges are poorly executed. Not only that, the pace of the job is too slow thereby causing hardship for road users. I can't even say it all.

Letter to Engineer David Umahi, the Honorable Minister of works and infrastructure. Cc @FMWNIG @AdeolaYAYI @akinalabi @NGRSenate @NGRPresident @HouseNGR. Concerns on the Quality of Construction on Otta- Idiroko International Highway in Ogun State. Honorable Minister, I want bring to your attention the valid concerns that have been raised about the quality of construction on the ongoing Otta—Idiroko international highway. Residents have complained through various channels, including organized press briefings, to call your attention to the troubling standard of work currently ongoing in the area. The Ogun State Comptroller of Works, who should ordinarily act in your stead given the demanding nature of your national assignment, has reportedly remained unresponsive to calls and messages. As you are aware sir, this road is a major route within the West African corridor and serves as a very busy entry point. It is where many foreigners get their first glimpse of what Nigeria’s road infrastructure revamp under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu @officialABAT looks like. The general public assessment of the construction from residents and road users has been largely negative. Drainages appear weak, with some stretch already collapsing just weeks after completion. There are also growing concerns and doubts about the structural integrity of the flyovers. As well as the very slow pace of work. A pivotal international highway such as the Otta—Idiroko expressway requires constant attention to even the smallest details, and an absolute guarantee of the highest standards. I respectfully urge you to take time out of your busy schedule to personally visit this project, as it is of utmost importance to Nigeria’s trade routes, and ensure that the highest quality is restored. If the contractor proves unwilling to meet expectations, kindly consider terminating the contract and awarding it to a more competent and serious contractor. Thank you for your continued efforts. It is my hope that swift action will be taken to address these concerns and avert any potential disasters that may arise from poor construction. Man of Letters. Ogun State.

This successful strike is yet another demonstration of the resolve and operational capability of OPHK to sustain relentless pressure on terrorist elements, disrupt their logistics networks, and deny them freedom of movement within the Theatre. The Theatre Command also wishes to reiterate that the use of motorcycles remains strictly prohibited across the North East operational theatre, particularly in Borno and Yobe States, due to their established and continued use by terrorist elements for movement, logistics, and attack operations. Any such movements in restricted areas are therefore treated with the utmost seriousness in line with existing operational directives. The Joint Task Force (North East) OPHK assures the good people of the North East and indeed all law-abiding Nigerians, that ongoing operations will continue with renewed intensity until all terrorist enclaves are dismantled and lasting peace is restored to the region. OPERATION HADIN KAI: AIR COMPONENT NEUTRALISES TERRORIST LOGISTICS HUB AND ENCLAVE IN PRECISION AIR STRIKE AT JILLI, GUBIO LGA OF BORNO STATE The Air Component of Joint Task Force (North East) Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), in a carefully planned and intelligence-driven operation, has successfully conducted a precision air strike on a known terrorist enclave and logistics hub located near the abandoned village of Jilli in Gubio Local Government Area of Borno State. The successful strike, executed on 11 April 2026, followed sustained intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions over the Bindul–Jilli axis, an area long identified as a major terrorist movement corridor and convergence point for Islamic State West Africa Province terrorists and their collaborators. It will be recalled that in January 2026, troops moving from Gubio towards Damasak came under a major Improvised Explosive Device (IED) attack along the road at Bindul, resulting in the tragic loss of eight soldiers, while several others were wounded in action. More recently, on 9 April, coordinated attacks were recorded in Ngamdu and Benisheik, supported by the same terrorist logistics network. Consequently, the Theatre intensified overhead surveillance and intelligence gathering across the area in response to persistent reports of terrorist movement and logistics activity. On 11 April 2026, multiple reports were received of ISWAP Gun Trucks(GT) and Motorcycles (MC) moving along the axis. Consequently, ISR coverage over the area was immediately intensified. During the surveillance mission, a contingent of motorcycles was observed moving in the direction of Jilli, followed shortly by the movement of several additional vehicles, all converging on the same location. These suspicious movements were subsequently corroborated by credible human intelligence sources, confirming that the converging elements were terrorists, their collaborators, and logistics handlers. In line with established operational procedures, a rigorous and professional targeting process was undertaken. Target fidelity was confirmed through multiple credible Human Intelligence sources, supported by persistent aerial surveillance. Upon final validation, the Air Component executed a series of precision strikes on the objective, while Surveillance platforms maintained continuous overwatch for real-time battle damage assessment. Post-strike assessment confirmed that the target area was struck with high accuracy, resulting in the destruction of the identified terrorist logistics enclave. Scores of terrorists were neutralised in the strike, with their vehicles and technicals destroyed, while surviving elements were observed fleeing in multiple directions. Intelligence further indicates that the neutralised elements were in the final stages of receiving logistics from couriers, for coordinated attacks on troop locations within the Gubio axis. This decisive action has therefore significantly disrupted imminent terrorist plans and degraded their operational capability within the Theatre. Instructively, on 12 April 2026, a terrorist logistics courier identified as “Turja Bulu”, was arrested at Ngamdu Town, and upon preliminary investigation confessed that he took part in the attack at 29 Bde location on 9 April 2026 at Benisheik and had been dispatched by ISWAP from Jilli where most of his fellow terrorists were hibernating to provide food items for another group of terrorists currently hibernating around the Magumeri-Gubio General Area.

If the Jilli village is abandoned as claimed by the military official press release, then anybody found there in the middle of the Boko Haram terrorists and their market is either a logistics supplier, trader, or the terrorists. I don’t know why the media is reporting those killed as civilians.

This is obvious. Even after Alex left Nigeria, his recruits still continue with his work. Several false flags on terrorism alerts around Abuja were reported. Those are signatures of Alex and his guys. Remember, one of his sponsors posted a video of himself, warning Nigerians of possible terror attacks around the country. The Nigerian security agencies need to get to the root of this guy's sponsors and uproot them all.
