I tell @SoEnergyUK THREE times Mum died in March. They still haven’t sorted out account so I left it. It’s still in credit so knew they’d contact me at some point. Today they call asking to speak to her about DDM. Bravo for your total incompetence & complete lack of sensitivity.

Oh @JohnLewisRetail - at 7pm yesterday this was £402.30 and not available in store so I put it in my basket to order on line, and this morning it’s £499. Very knowingly put your prices up in 12 hours ?!!!

Exhausted trying to get @SoEnergyUK to stop harassing me about my DEAD MOTHERS cancelled DD when I have emailed & sent a copy of her death cert. You’re the ONLY company not to be able to sort this out & even her bank account is closed in this time. Can someone sort this out ASAP

@nectar I no longer have access to the email address linked to my Nectar account as it’s been blocked by hackers. But I can’t log on to the account to change my email as you only send the certification code to the email account. Help!!

Appalling service in @CostaCoffee in Fareham shopping centre. Arrived at 4pm but won’t do us a sandwich because they’ve cleaned the machine and want to go home at 4.30pm. Grumpiest rudest staff.

@BristolCouncil It is a box I paid for from BCC. This box has been collected for years and never a problem. Why are you suggesting this is my fault. Now left with loads of recycling. Lame response

@trishaw67 If the box hasnt been issued by BCC, please can the cans and plastics be put in untied carrier bags (separated - cans in one bag, plastics in another) and the crew will still collect the recycling. Many thanks and sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: the people who work in the NHS are the people who make it what it is. That’s why we backed their plan to staff the NHS long into the future. Ahead of #NHS75 tomorrow, I dropped in to Evelina London Children’s Hospital to thank staff for their work.
