Put a small dose of camphosal and activated charcoal in a gelatin capsule, you can slowly titrate up with the camphosal. I'd do this as night on an empty stomach. Monitor motility and cycle the charcoal if needed. I'd support with s boulardii, lactoferrin, and butyrate. Maybe L-reuteri yogurt as well.

@truebritto Anything specific for fixing/reducing gyno? Or is it just a byproduct of correcting overall circadian/metabolism/hormones, etc.?

@truebritto @photobiogenesis This is a review about hypoxia/COPD? Bipolar is mentioned once with speculative language, with “may be functionally associated with” amygdala changes Not really seeing the evidence

@retlehs @photobiogenesis Glucose metabolism is the primary driver of CO2 production. Without sufficient CO2 in the brain, the Bohr effect fails, hemoglobin doesn’t release oxygen to tissues. You’re so close

@truebritto @photobiogenesis By that logic all mental illness is an oxygen problem too, since every one of those processes also depends on oxygen. “X requires ATP” doesn't mean “X is caused by ATP deficits.”

Brain energy metabolism is upstream from each of those things. Neurotransmitter synthesis requires ATP dependent enzymes and transporters. HPA feedback loops, signaling, and hormone synthesis are also dependent on ATP. Chronic energy deficits in the brain can impair glucocorticoid receptor sensitivity, which is typical in Bipolar disorder. Energy metabolism is always at the core.

@photobiogenesis That’s a hypothesis, not established science. Bipolar alone involves way more than glucose metabolism: neurotransmitter issues, HPA-axis dysfunction, immune signaling, neurodevelopmental factors. And “all mental illness” is an even bigger stretch.

Creatine is derived from Cyanamide and Sodium Sarcosinate - both of these substances are toxic, especially Cyanamide. You can’t trick nature - Creatine in its natural form is present in Red Meat. Synthetically derived Creatine is not and never will be equal to Creatine in Red Meat. Additionally gaining water weight is usually almost always a mechanism that your body uses to protect itself from toxins.
Joe@JoePostingg

Creatine is nuts. Like how is there a dirt cheap substance that improves your brain and muscle function with literally no downside?
