Youtube says TTS is allowed, yet we know its a trigger. Youtube says AI is allowed, but if you use AI pictures / vids to recreate something, it’s SLOP and “not human” You start to use your face combined with AI, but you get nuked regardless. You decide to avoid AI completely, but hey. you posted two videos same argument, so you are repetitive You change topics each time, but you have a specific thumbnail that works, so you use the same setting more than once… repetitive In the end you start to post things your audience dont recognize, you start to have less impressions, low CTR, and each vid “reaching a smaller audience” just to feel safe on the platform, slowly killing your channel anyway. @TeamYouTube #inauthentic

@truerotten Thank you. I’d love to return to producing more documentary-style videos again but YouTube not only robbed me of income, but they robbed me of my audience. I can’t spend days producing videos for only 30 people to see. I wish I could. But I can’t. No one can.

I no longer believe human reviewers exist at YouTube. Here’s why: An old, inactive channel I hadn’t touched in years was flagged for “inauthentic content” in January. (“AI” didn’t even exist when I uploaded to that channel!) I deleted it because I no longer wanted or needed it. As a direct result, all of my active channels were demonetized — not for any violation on those channels, but solely for “association” with the deleted one. It’s now been 92 days. I’ve received zero human review, only repeated AI denials. The system now says my channels can’t be monetized until the deleted channel is “admitted” back into the YouTube Partner Program. That’s impossible. A deleted channel cannot be reinstated or monetized. This is a permanent block caused by a clear error. A human reviewer using basic common sense could fix this in minutes. If human reviewers truly exist, please have one review my case. @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators

For anyone not familiar with my videos - I narrate everything. I mostly use HISTORIC photos and floor plans from my own collection. Ever since I got demonetized I’ve put almost no effort into videos and mostly post my podcasts. THAT is not a reflection on my 1,000 other videos. For example - youtu.be/CnSVxyrCnho?si…

YouTube demonetized my channel of 600k subscribers (and paid members) that i built and was active on since april 2020 (+600 videos over the years) under the "inauthentic content" / "mass-produced templates" "minimal variation".... None of these describe the channel. I appealed. The appeal came back denied ,also the appeal button in my YouTube Studio still leads nowhere when I click it. I only appealed through a support agent chat. This thread documents who I am, how the channel/content is made, and why this enforcement is very wrong. channel : youtube.com/ilalstories @TeamYouTube @YouTube @YouTubeCreators @YouTubeArabia

My channel was demonetized 37 days ago, and since then my mental & physical health have been seriously affected. I’ve lost 1.8Kg of my weight, my sleep is disturbed, and I’m under financial pressure at home. I’ve reached out many times but only received automated responses—no clear explanation. I’m not asking for anything unfair. I just need a human review and a clear reason so I can fix whatever is wrong. Channel - @alexminecraft9923?si=-sh6XNWNr8DgbrZl" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@alexminecraft… Many larger creators in my niche are posting similar content (even more frequently) and remain monetized, which makes this even more confusing. Please help me resolve this. @TeamYouTube @YouTube @YouTubeCreators @YouTubeIndia @YouTubeGaming

i also had to delete all my vids 1 year of hard work, for inauthentic content. considering they do not state what flagged, we are literally forced to reformat the entire channel.
MessYourself@MessYourself

Also im deleting all my YouTube videos because @YouTubeCreators demonitized my gaming channel because they said my content is harmful to watch for children. Basically every child who has watched my videos, I have been harmful? Like what? I thought I was a good person😕 im upset

Ongoing demonetization with absolutely no detailed justification. 🥀 I run a 5-person team creating fully original, manually edited content, yet my channel has been flagged by @TeamYouTube for "inauthentic content." This has resulted in a 30+ day monetization ban and repeated automated replies. All I ask is for one member of the team to actually open my project files and verify our manual After Effects workflow. Your support team rejected me without even clicking the evidence link (drive logs show 0 views). This is obviously not a human review. Dear @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators My channel is still being demonetized for "inauthentic content," despite filing an appeal. Every video is 100% original, hand-crafted and meticulously edited, with story ideas created by me. It feels like there's no actual human review. The previous reply was simply "wait 90 days." Please allow for a genuine human review. I just want a fair chance.💔

I create 100% original educational content, yet @TeamYouTube has flagged my channel for "Inauthentic Content." Despite 142,000 subscribers and 8.8M views in the last 28 days, my earnings are being withheld with nothing but automated replies. The Proof is in the Community: Real people are learning and engaging every day: 💬 "Very informative, keep going!"💬 "Fascinating & great work!"💬 "Highly & completely illustrated video!" Channel Stats (Last 28 Days): Subscribers: 142,000+ Views: 8.8 Million Watch Hours: 247,000+ I haven't stopped uploading because my audience deserves quality content, but I am being met with a wall of bots. I am not asking for a shortcut; I am asking for ONE real person to actually watch my videos. 📺 Channel: @factzaara" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@factzaara🎥 Appeal Video: youtu.be/e64ZrZFk0x4 @YouTubeCreators @nealmohan @TeamYouTube — Please look into this. Day 10 of Asking ((Please repost so can be heard!)) @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators Please have a human look at my appeal. Youtube.com/hpad2 My Content is not inauthentic. I physically go outside with my cameras and record my videos, and then edit them. My videos do not copy anyone, they are my own, and even my own ideas, I'm original. I have had my channel since 2008, But the past 9-10 years I have put my entire life and time into my channel. And since around 2018 I have spent almost every single night editing and coming up with ideas for my channel. I've been dedicated to this, and now just seems like I'm being kicked to the curb. I'm being punished by your AI system auto denying me, and no real human has looked into my channel. And like I said no one else does what I do, real human, and all original, including a photo from one of my last trips, 700 mile round trip of driving just to make two videos. Please look into this appeal, Thank you, HPad

A year ago, YouTube wrongfully terminated my channel. @TeamYouTube reviewed it and reinstated it - (EVEN THOUGH MY APPEAL WAS REJECTED) - because it was clearly a mistake. Now the exact same thing is happening with my monetization due to the ''inauthentic content'' policy. I can't trust a system that punishes me for putting in effort. So I'm bringing it here - because if one real person at YouTube sees this and actually looks at my channel, that's all I need. POLICY POINT 1: "Mass-produced or repetitive content" My channel has a small number of videos, each covering a completely different WW2 subject. There is nothing mass-produced about what I do - every single video requires me to start from zero with independent historical research, independent source collection and independent script writing. Mass production implies speed and volume at the expense of quality. My workflow is the exact opposite of that. POLICY POINT 2: "Content that looks like it's made with a template with little to no variation across videos" My videos share zero content between them - different topic, different research, different sources, different archival footage that I personally curated for that specific video, different thumbnail. YouTube's own policy says "if the average viewer can clearly tell that content on your channel differs from video to video, it's fine to monetize." I challenge anyone to look at my videos and topics and tell me they look like a template: Why the Battle of the Bulge Was So DEADLY For American Soldiers The Brutal Reason the U.S. Air Force Dominated Nazi Germany in WW2 The TERRIFYING Side of U.S. Bomber Crews in WW2 The 5 Most UNDERRATED American Generals of WW2 What Combat Was Really Like for American Soldiers in WW2 That is not a template. Those are five completely different historical subjects that each required me to research, analyze, and script independently. POLICY POINT 3: "Content that's easily replicable at scale" My workflow cannot be replicated at scale because the hardest and most time-consuming part - the script - depends entirely on my own historical knowledge, my own judgment, my own source selection and my own analytical opinions. I deliberately refuse to use AI for scripting because historical accuracy requires human judgment and I am not willing to compromise that. My videos are built entirely on individual human research and decision-making. POLICY POINT 4: "Similar repetitive content with low educational value, commentary, narratives, or minimal variation across videos" My script is what CARRIES the entire educational and entertainment value of each video. I collect real historical sources, extract the points that matter and build the script paragraph by paragraph - with my own analysis, my own opinions, and my own structure - until the topic is covered thoroughly enough to be both educational and engaging. That script is 100% original writing, produced by me, for every single video. Calling that low value commentary is not something I can accept. POLICY POINT 5: "Content that exclusively features readings of other materials you did not originally create" My scripts are not readings of other people's material. I use historical sources to inform my understanding, the same way any historian or journalist does, and then I write my own analysis and conclusions in my own words. The script is my original work. The commentary is my original work. The perspective and narrative I build around each topic is my original work. POLICY POINT 6: "Image slideshows or scrolling text with minimal or no narrative, commentary, or educational value" Only one video of mine consists more images than usual because historical footage for that video topic is extremely scarce. But at the same time my narration is the entire backbone of the video, which I created by myself as well by the way. All of my videos are not slideshows. I personally source individual archival clips from public archives - specifically relevant to that topic - and I cut and sync every single one of them to match the narration. That is not scrolling text. That is not a slideshow. That is manual editing work that is unique to every video I make. POLICY POINT 7: "Mass-produced content using a similar template across multiple videos" YouTube's own policy also says "same intro and outro for your videos, but the bulk of your content is different" is allowed. And that "what's important is that the substance of each video should be relatively varied." The substance of every video I make is completely varied - different war event, different military branch, different historical figures, different archival footage, different script written from scratch. CONCLUSION I went through every single point of YouTube's inauthentic content policy and not one of them applies to my channel. I am not mass-producing content. I am not using a template. I am not replicating content at scale. I am not reading other people's material. Every video I make is built from scratch with real research, real writing and real creative decisions made by me at every step. I documented all of this in my appeal video. I am asking for one real person at YouTube to actually look at it, because whoever or whatever made this decision did not. @TheWW2Historian" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@TheWW2Histori@YouTubeCreators @YouTube

April was an absolutely massive month for live streaming on @youtube, from @NASA's Artemis II mission 🚀 (which accumulated over 79M viewers) to the iconic stages of @coachella 🎡 None of this scale would be possible without our infrastructure and engineering teams. For years, we've built technology to deliver a consistent, high-quality live stream experience to our viewers around the world, no matter what device they are on. To make the live streaming experience even better, last month, we launched Gifts on horizontal live streams (in addition to vertical) and in more global markets, dual-format streaming, and ad-holding during peak moments. YouTube has become the lens through which we experience the world’s biggest cultural moments (and beyond) in real-time.

My channel has been remonetized. Really grateful 🙏 Thank you @TeamYouTube for taking a look and thanks to everyone who supported me during this time. Hoping all affected creators get fair reviews and clear answers soon. Also I wanted to ask will my March earnings ($240) be paid out and will they be added to my AdSense account on the 10th?

The best way to inflict pain on YouTube for their bans and demonetization, is to mass move to Rumble. Try it, and you'll see how fast YouTube will pivot. Competition breeds better outcomes for creators.

@TeamYouTube It’s been over 34 days since my channel was demonetized. So instead of just explaining — I decided to show everything. This video is my full process: from idea → creation → editing → final result. Nothing is automated. Nothing is mass-produced. Every video is built manually — step by step. Yet my channel was labeled as “inauthentic content” without any clear explanation or specific examples. I respect YouTube’s policies and I’m ready to fix anything — but I need to understand what exactly is wrong. Right now, there are no clear answers. I’m asking for a proper manual review by a real human. Please take another look.
