The flyer that Liar Lance posted is their flyer, not advertising from the venue. If it was really in violation Lance would do something more than rage tweet about it.

@truthmatters712 @Lancegooden Private rental of a public facility does not mean you can ignore the Civil Rights Act of 1964. You CANNOT exclude people on the basis of race, color, religion or national origin. In other words, you cannot hold a "Christian only" or a "Muslim only" event.

Why are Texas tax dollars being used to fund religious discrimination with a “Muslim-only” day at a public waterpark? Imagine a “Christian-only” Easter event. CAIR, SPLC, and Democrats would be first in line calling it bigotry.
