I used to think getting paid from overseas clients was supposed to feel like winning. Then the bank took its cut, delayed the transfer, and sometimes even asked weird questions about where the money came from. Winning felt more like slowly losing. That cycle is why I have been watching @tryavvio closely. They built one account that lets you receive payments like a local almost anywhere. Need USD details for your American client? Done. EUR IBAN for the European one? Also there. The money lands in the original currency without the usual forced conversion nonsense. For anyone who lives between countries or invoices clients across time zones, this is not a small convenience. It is the difference between keeping most of what you earned and watching it bleed away in fees and bad rates. What sets Avvio apart though is the self-custody part. Your keys stay on your device. Avvio never holds your funds. No one can freeze them, not even the company itself. Login with Face ID, recover with 2FA if something happens to your phone. No dramatic seed phrase anxiety. I have seen too many stories of accounts getting locked for vague "compliance" reasons. In that context, actual control over your own money stops being a buzzword and starts feeling necessary. You can also earn yield on your USDC balances, and send money abroad much faster and cheaper than traditional rails. Seconds instead of days. Significantly lower costs. It is all part of the bigger @SeismicSys ecosystem, which focuses on privacy-enabled infrastructure. That background gives Avvio a different foundation than most fintech apps I have tried. Look, nothing is perfect. Avvio is not a bank, so no FDIC insurance. Features vary by location. But compared to the silent frustration most of us deal with every month, this feels like a step in the right direction. If you are tired of money moving against you instead of for you, it might be worth checking out. What has been your biggest headache with international payments lately? avvio.xyz

One of the coolest integrations I've seen lately 👀 @tryavvio just launched named multi-currency accounts (USD, EUR, GBP) with solid limits, letting you send and receive money across 150+ countries. And the best part? It's powered by @SeismicSys. ⚡ For freelancers, remote workers, and digital nomads, this is the kind of infrastructure that actually matters. No more juggling multiple services just to get paid. Seismic keeps quietly building privacy-first infrastructure that real fintech products rely on-and that's exactly how real adoption happens.

my honest review after testing @tryavvio’s foreign account: sending USD from Jupiter to an Avvio USD account via ACH. if you’ve been keeping up with my content for a while, you’d know Jupiter charges $0 for transfers abroad. i was surprised that’s still the case, and the cherry on top is there’s no spread you get the official exchange rate. the accounts issued by both apps are in my name, which literally means you can use them to receive payments as a freelancer, for your business, and many other use cases. ACH transfers are supposed to take at least a day, but i was really surprised by the speed. the funds landed around 15 hours after i initiated the transfer. Avvio currently doesn’t charge any fees on deposits, but the partner bank does. in my case, $0.50 was deducted immediately from the amount i sent. after speaking with the team, they told me the default deposit fee is usually $1, which is still quite cheap when you compare it with traditional finance competitors. if you’ve been following my account for a while, this is the second time i’ve used an account issued by an L1 built for neobanks—@SeismicSys. so far, the experience has been superb, and i think the team is very proactive when it comes to solving issues. compared with competitors, that alone puts them in a strong position. hope you enjoyed this series. have a great weekend. see you in the next one. happy weekend!

some updates on the transfer with @tryavvio: both their team and @SeismicSys reached out after my post, explained the reason behind the issue, and shared how they’re planning to improve it. i also got the €0.15 back. just finished testing their USD account as well. i’ll post about it tomorrow. gn! 🌙

earn was only the beginning we built the compliance core first, and everything we ship from here stands on top of it select partners are already live on the next feature. we’ll be telling you more 🔜
Criptolawyer@criptolawyer

today at @blend_money we started rolling out a new feature, select neobanks and fintech partners first earn was only the beginning, and it’s still the most complete setup out there on the compliance and revenue side, isolated accounts, clean ledger, screening and reporting built into the structure, not bolted on after but it was always the foundation, not the whole thing we’ve spent months building the next layer with the neobank and fintech teams already live with us, listening to where the real friction was and building the piece that removes it select partners are live with it now, and from here we’ll keep shipping, feature after feature, each one sitting on the same compliance core here’s why that matters and i say this after years reviewing this stack for a living most companies build compliance last. they ship the card, the ramp, the yield product, and then assemble screening and reporting reactively when a banking partner flags something or a regulator asks a question. that’s the wrong order, and it’s why so many of them rebuild everything in year two, if year two comes we built it the other way around. the compliance layer first, then every product sits on top of it. so when you add a feature on blend, you’re not bolting on new risk, you’re extending something that was already defensible from day one wider release soon

𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗶𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗰 One of the most exciting things about Seismic is seeing real financial products come to life. Avvio is a great example. Instead of juggling different banking apps and payment services, Avvio brings named multi-currency accounts together in one experience. Receive, hold, and move money across borders with support for major currencies like USD, EUR, and GBP. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙩'𝙨 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙎𝙚𝙞𝙨𝙢𝙞𝙘. Behind the familiar banking experience is privacy-focused blockchain infrastructure built for real-world finance. That means global payments, stablecoin-powered accounts, and financial services designed with user privacy in mind. This is the kind of ecosystem I like to see: ➥ Real products. ➥ Real utility. ➥ Built on Seismic. @SeismicSys @tryavvio @heathcliff_eth @NoxxW3

Avvio is one of the cleanest real world examples of a privacy L1 powering an actual live product One clean app for global earners: • Real USD & EUR virtual accounts (receive like a local in 160+ countries) • Visa card + Apple Pay worldwide • Automatic yield up to ~7% • Self custodial BTC, stocks & gold in one balance • Full key control via Turnkey Built on @SeismicSys - privacy first L1 where your financial data stays encrypted by default. No public ledger exposure. Convenience of a neobank + real self custody + onchain privacy

the borderless workforce is massive, yet global earners are still treated like second class citizens by traditional legacy banks. high fees, slow inbound wires, and rigid limitations force freelancers and remote builders to jump through endless hoops just to get paid in USD, EUR, or GBP. @tryavvio is fixing this directly on top of @SeismicSys. instead of forcing users to rely on fragmented payment rails, they are deploying named, multi currency accounts that let you move money across 150+ countries with higher limits. why this layout matters for the global ecosystem: Compliant Identity: you get actual bank accounts under your own name, completely bridging the gap between traditional fiat compliance and on chain efficiency. Base Layer Privacy: because it is powered by seismic, your financial footprint, earnings, and international wire data remain entirely confidential. you get the speed of virtual assets without exposing your bank statements to the pub lic. web3 banking shouldn't mean sacrificing financial discretion or professional credibility. avvio is proving that consumer fintech can scale globally while keeping user data strictly shielded.

Thanks for the honest review. We love your content and appreciate the support Right now for most fiat on ramps and off-ramps, we don’t charge any fee on top. We are just passing on the cost we get from our banking partners. In your case, there was a €0.3 deposit fee along with the 0.25% fee for EUR to USDC conversion. Sorry for not disclosing the fixed deposit fee very clearly. We usually reimburse deposit fee for sepa transfers manually within a day But we will update the copy to disclose this more clearly within next few hours

my honest review after testing @tryavvio’s foreign account: sending EUR from Jupiter to a Avvio EUR account via SEPA. if you’ve been keeping up with my content for a while, you’d know Jupiter charges $0 for transfers abroad. i was surprised that’s still the case, and the cherry on top is there’s no spread — you get the official exchange rate. SEPA transfers are supposed to be instant, but it took about a minute before it landed in Avvio. what i noticed immediately after the money landed was a discrepancy between the amount i sent and the amount i received. i was short around 9% on the amount that arrived. looking at the fees, the app says they charge 0.25% on deposits, so i’m wondering how it ended up being that high. i’m sure they’ll have a good explanation, but apart from that, the experience on both apps was smooth. i also love the fact that Avvio issues accounts in your own name, which means you can actually use them for freelance payments unlike most Bridge-issued accounts where your name usually isn’t on the account. another reason i was keen to test this is because i’ve tried multiple accounts issued by Noah and Bridge, but this is the first time i’m trying one issued by Seismic — an L1 built for neobanks. i didn’t receive an email from either app for the transfer, only a push notification. i’d really appreciate it if both apps sent email confirmations as well. that’s all. hope you enjoyed it! happy sunday.
