@AnechoicMedia_ To rephrase your point more cynically, they exploited what was already there for free (land) rather than through creating something or labor like immigrants who come to a capitalist country

@AlBoogie_Sports @DKThomp When Ajay Mitchell and the backup Jaylin Williams are egregiously foul baiting while Lu Dort breaks kneecaps, we're way past the superstar whistle.

@surgical702 @WembyCentral So did a lot of guys. But this is a whole team, not exaggerating contact once in a while, but absolute fakery on every other possession.

An American checks her student loans. She borrowed $49,548.74. After 120 payments, she’s paid $25,558.36. Her current balance? $50,121.33. After PAYING $25k… she now owes MORE than she originally borrowed. This isn’t aid — it’s legalized USURY.

@MatrixMysteries $213 a month payments. The same $50,000 loan on a car would run you about $800 a month over 72 months. Math is simple. Getting a degree doesn’t automatically give you common sense.

@jennifersrude Conservatives don't talk about how much they love nature. They just hunt and fish and swim in rivers. Rednecks are the true naturists.

has a single person in the history of humankind ever once associated the love of nature with the right? Is that something that has ever happened literally once at all?

@UrbanCourtyard @hypocane So by large home with private yards in a middle income neighborhood, you mean a 1500sf, 3 bed condo with a shared garden for $2m? You are not a serious person.

The fact that anyone considers this to be walkable, amenity-rich, green neighborhood is exactly why cities like Dallas are depopulating. Show me the large homes here with access to private yards and public amenities.

@UrbanCourtyard @ArtemisConsort That bit of Dallas is a block away from an incredibly "walkable, amenity-rich, green neighboorhood". Parks, shopping, residential, mixed-use buildings, museums... Dallas has issues, but it's not a lack of these areas.

Hmm...only one of those is a "business center". The other two are several miles from the city center. One is a residential neighborhood. The pic you posted of Dallas is in the middle of the business/industrial district. This is what neighborhoods look like less than 3 miles away. This is closer than Queens, or Brooklyn, or Lincoln Square. You say Dallas needs these dense neighborhoods to compete with suburbs. It has some of that. But there are also suburban style neighborhoods 2 miles away. Big houses with big yards, parks, streets a kid can ride a bike on. What Dallas can't offer is decent schools. Fin.
