If we're talking about where tax dollars go, it's worth remembering the Harper Conservatives closed nine Veterans Affairs offices, cut hundreds of VAC jobs, reduced the department's budget, fought disabled veterans in court, and defended the New Veterans Charter that many veterans said left them worse off.
