Zelenskyy has attacked an Iranian commercial vessel, killing a sailor. A blatant UN Charter violation done at Israel's behest to drag Europe into its war. In calls with EU High Rep Kallas and FM Lavrov, made clear that what the freeloader in Kyiv did CANNOT GO UNANSWERED.

It’s psychopathic lying manipulation and rage farming Not opposition
Michael Solberg 🇨🇦@MichaelSolberg

A reminder that it is the literal job of @PierrePoilievre to oppose the Government. To critique it. To question it. To compel it to answer questions. To find unexplored angles on issues that the Government must speak to. That is not an overly partisan act, that is our model of Government. You may dislike the way he carries out this duty, which he was elected by millions of Canadians to do, but you’re wrong to expect he should be celebrating any kind of soft-hearted or small wins of this Government of any kind. That is the partisan in YOU talking. That is not the role of the Official Opposition.

" The important thing for Canadians to know now is that there is no such thing literally as a deal anymore. We have a deal, CUSMA, and ...even though it has been passed through Congress, Trump says that we will not live up to it. " "Trump's actions in both in Iran and various parts of the trade war, basically say : the value of a piece of paper signed by this president is ZERO. "- Justin Wolfers, Professor of economics and public policy at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan His advice : Canada should give up zero to get his signature on a deal. #cdnpoli

Trump ripped up NAFTA, replaced it with USMCA, then ripped that up too. The lesson is that markets have little reason to trust this president's signature. ⁣ ⁣ So Canada shouldn't accept pain today in exchange for promises about tomorrow. It should judge any deal by whether it serves Canada's interests now.⁣ ⁣ newsletter.platypuseconomics.com/p/should-canad…⁣ ⁣

What the food professor leaves out of his argument, is that Canada does not subsidize our dairy farmers. There will be job losses in the dairy trade war, but why should it be on our side of the border ?? The Americans use hormones to over produce dairy, yet get paid to dump!

Adam Cochran (adamscochran.eth)
Today, McConnell’s staff told press that he continues to “work” while in hospital, saying: “The Senator continues to meet with staff regarding Senate and Kentucky business, including discussions on defense appropriations, foreign policy, the farm bill, constituent services and constituent federal...” -No new photo or videos. -No phone call, video or meetings with @AndyBeshearKY -No contact with Senate Dems -And @Cheering4Change who has constantly been covering the hospital hasn’t seen any other members of Congress visit -His doctors won’t let him leave 5 weeks after a “minor fall with no complications” But they expect us to believe he is working on Senate policy…? He can manage in-depth work on appropriations but not basic updates to his constituents, his governor, or his colleagues? It’s getting pretty clear we’re in elder abuse territory, where they are making statements on behalf of a man who is no longer capable, so they can cash Congressional staff checks.

@FionaMattatall Exactly. And which health minister will make that determination. There are at least four?

And so, we are left wondering what the Minister will consider "preventative health testing services" and how those differ from what we experts would consider preventative health tests (think cancer screening, annual physicals, etc)...

Martin has also burned through multiple assistants since taking over last February, which current and former DNC officials attributed to his inability to control his stress and his habit of taking out his anger on junior staff. “There’s this overall progression of deterioration with Ken that I think people are noticing and starting to watch—his mood, his behavior, how he acts with people,” said a DNC member.
Sam Stein@samstein

NEW: It's gone from bad, to worse, to perilous at the DNC. Money problems, paranoia, phone slamming, bad morale, and no way out. “Who is going to give money to a Ken Martin–led DNC?” via @Lauren_V_Egan thebulwark.com/p/its-gone-fro…

If we're talking about where tax dollars go, it's worth remembering the Harper Conservatives closed nine Veterans Affairs offices, cut hundreds of VAC jobs, reduced the department's budget, fought disabled veterans in court, and defended the New Veterans Charter that many veterans said left them worse off. Veterans deserve better than slogans. Curious why @MichelleLA1981 thought this was a winning argument. Why would we vote Conservative if veterans were our concern? Asking as a member of a military family of past, present and future veterans.

Those journalists and politicians who have received money from the fossil fuel industry to tell us that climate change science is not real, not a threat, or to oppose action, need to be criminally prosecuted.

On y plante.
