That evidence goes to court against a government that built its policy on ideology dressed as science. It has no legs. The government has been fighting Freedom of Information requests. Suppressing death data. Calling the people who raised the alarm dangerous. Because when the full scientific record sits in front of a judge the policy cannot survive contact with it. Transgender people were transgender before the EHRC existed. They will be transgender long after this guidance is overturned. Document everything. I've had an idea. Hear me out. Y'know how men are responsible for 99% of all sexual crimes, all rapes, 93% of all murders, 90% of violent crime & 85% of all domestic abuse? A sexual assault happens every 35 seconds. 75% of survivors still suffer from PTSD a month later. 50% a year later. How about, in facilities where women are vulnerable, we have separate male's & female's? Nobody would object to that surely?
