@BalvarineFPS R5R guys, and guys named balvarine both struggle in masters, but one of them over philosophizes in a community of people with a triple-A duracell brain that last one hour. So they listen to his coaching for some reason with no sports science degrees or individual e-sport success.

Coming from an R5R guy, T2 players will play R5Reloaded for 8 hours but not vod review Pro League teams and wonder why they are still in Tier 2.

Big shoutout to @_ApexStatus for the ALGS Stats events feed. In my most recent video being able to decipher every single instance of damage was crucial. That said... APEX DEVS I have a request. It seems that both Caustics ultimate and Caustics Barrels are both tagged as "Caustic Gas" when dealing damage on the backend resulting in the events feed on ALS not being able to distinguish if a tick of gas came from the ult or a barrel. Would love it if Caustics ultimate damage backend tag was changed to something like "Gas Grenade" or something to differentiate each piece of damage

Question to anyone out there: I have a young man (22 yrs old) in my extended family who is able-bodied and smart but literally won’t do anything with himself. Rarely leaves the house, never went to college, has never worked. Will not drive a car. Plays video games a lot. Often doesn’t leave his room when we come visit. But if you talk to him he’s bright and easy to talk to and nice. Could do well in life. Often has undiagnosable mystery ailments that have been used to justify his inactivity but nothing concrete. What is this, really? Anxiety? Depression? I’ve never seen anything like it. All I do is pray for him.

Your income depends on fair competition and watchable gameplay. Cheaters don’t just ruin matches they kill content, growth, and livelihoods. It goes even deeper. Imagine investing your life savings into building a game. Years of development. Countless sleepless nights. Only to watch the product collapse because cheaters take over and players leave. This is not just a “gaming issue.” It is financial damages to developers, studios, creators, and entire ecosystems. Meanwhile, cheat providers thrive. This is a multi-million-dollar industry driven by demand. They sell a high-demand product because consumers keep buying it. Yes publishers like Activision have taken legal action. Cease and desist orders. Lawsuits. Takedowns. But when one cheat site goes down, ten more appear. Which leads to the uncomfortable truth: The consumer is part of the problem. Permanent bans and suspensions are no longer deterrents. Arc Raiders is already seeing this. Warzone lived it. Battlefield risks it. Soft punishments do not stop behavior backed by money and anonymity. If cheating is profitable, it will continue. The latter adds up, due to the players disconnecting. Perhaps a validation issue in the reconnection for the player slot spoofed.

@cstzhy @SKBloodhound @Respawn @PlayApex Yes that is what I’m saying and thinking. However also due to the sc_ entity, squirrel can run server_point commands as well, which exposes much more than just squirrel script. Custom script can be compiled with conpilestring as well.

We are aware of an active security incident where a bad actor is able to control the inputs of another player remotely in @PlayApex. Based on our initial investigation, we have not identified evidence that suggests the bad actors can install or execute code as in the case of an RCE or injection attack. We are actively working on a solution and will update you when we have more information.
