Because the Supreme Court is 6-3 for Conservatives? If liberals had the same ratio, it probably would be unconstitutional. Because that doesn't matter in any measurable way. One illegal vote doesn't make a difference in the outcome. And there's never been more than 20, which doesn't change the outcome.

@tubes12 @DefiantLs You didn't answer the question. Many states have voter ID laws. Why haven't they been deemed unconstitutional if they're "disenfranching voters"? Why aren't you also mentioning that EVERY illegal vote, be it one or a million, makes your and my vote mean less?

@goneers It's not a constitutional right to get on a plane. But also The most objectionable parts of the Save Act are the parts about banning mail-in-voting and submitting the voter rolls to DHS, and therefore, to the President.

Can someone explain to me the difference between requiring Americans to have a Real ID to get on a plane and asking them to show that same Real ID in order to vote? Why isn't it a hardship to get a copy of your marriage license or birth certificate in order to get a Real ID but it is in order to vote for the leader of the free world? Make it make sense, please!

Because the number of people it dienfranchises is a hell of a lot higher than the number of illegal votes it prevents. The pentalty for voter fraud is in the double digits. No one's doing that to move up the number a couple of ticks. No one's done it because there's no necessity to do so. But it is a compromise by Democrats when it's passed. Millions of people are too lazy/can't be bothered to get their proper doccumentation to vote. Still their constitutional right.

I'll admit when it launched I didn't like FFXII but couple of years passed and I came back to it fully understanding it's genius. Not it's story or characters but it's gameplay is top tier. It took me liking Dragon Age 1 and Xenoblade 1 to come back to FFXII
