This is the man who whupped America's new "founding father" chosen for them by The New York Times. "Southerners were slavers" doesn't work too well for them as they were leading slave traders themselves. So they're now going for "Southerners caned our founding father"

Why do you think New York Times is promoting Charles Sumner as the "real" founding father? That's so you won't care that much when they take down the actual founding fathers. Many liberals will say "oh well, it's fine, those were not really the founding fathers anyway".

Why you should join Confederates in defending their memorials and their history - Because you're next. That's why. If they took down Robert E. Lee they'll take down the Founding Fathers too - many of whom were slave owners.

I can tell you all the names of my great grandparents, at least back to my 5th and 6th ones, from memory alone. Like my 3rd great grandparents here, Sam Ledford (1850-1932) and Mary Jane Scoggins (1851-1945). As a matter of fact, I visit their graves as often as possible. I’ve even got some old wormy chestnut wood from their property in my house. If there is one thing I can stress to anyone, it’s to be well versed in who came from. You need to know where your roots are planted, otherwise you’re liable to be blown over by any ol’ storm that comes your way.

Imagine it’s February 5, 1776. You’re living in North Carolina and headed to a meeting to discuss raising a militia But it’s not a patriot miliita – it’s a militia for the King.

If you’re a young man looking for inspiration, I highly recommend you watch Master and Commander. It’s one of the best depictions of masculine leadership ever put on film.
