This is going to be a disaster. Every single Politician would want a seat in the Parliament. Then,they will try to settle their children. Then they will try to settle their grandchildren. More type 7 bungalows in Delhi. More Drama in the name of security, allowances,blaw blaw etc.... And trust me, there will be not even a single % positive impact on development in India. It will remain the same. The only thing that will increase is - Exponential increase in Corruption. The worst ever decision. And why are the doing this ? Are they the policymakers in real sense? Is this what we are choosing at National Level ? Totally wastage of our hard earned money. Favouritism, nepotism,will prevail. Be clear in thoughts before accepting this as a law on us. Don't be blind in the name of religion and all. And which census they will take into the consideration? Because,some will benefit a lot,and some will be punished for their better population planning. #UPSC

What really bothered me and left me traumatised in the Manamadurai #Dalit boy custodial torture is the way he was gruesomely attacked . I saw a video of his father and others talking about how he was attacked . They say the police took him to a nearby secluded area and placed his leg in between two rock boulders and hit him with Lathy. And then they used a syringe and pulled blood from his body until he collapsed. If this is proved ,it would be the worst kind of attack and remember how Ajith from Tirupuvanam was tortured with chilli powder. The state's law and order is in a very very pathetic state . @CMOTamilnadu
