@MacConwell I agree though- you (VCs) literally can’t sign them and do their jobs... it’s an issue with the law... not VCs...

@MacConwell Ya - and these are the same dudes asking about IP strategy. Patents likely won’t make you defensible in their own right, but let’s face it.. VCs want to see “IP strategy”. So... considering that public disclosure (not under NDA) starts the 1 year clock to pending - it’s an issue.
