India enters the big 5 in manufacturing toppling South Korea. At current growth rates, even considering rupee depreciation, India will displace Japan to become the world's third largest manufacturer (> $1 trillion) by 2029. Also, 1960: $3 billion -> 2015: $328 billion 2015: $328 billion -> 2025: $781 billion So India has added as much in manufacturing in the last 10 years as it added in the last 70+ years.

@NalinisKitchen Now the doubt is on a medicine for prostrate issues which was changed 2.5 months ago. Reverting back to previous medicines stopped the digestion problem & everything seems normal now. So, the Dutch GP was right or wrong?

@NalinisKitchen He flewed back to India, got appointment at a big hospital. The doctor there advised him multiple diagnostic tests costing thousands. But since he is covered under health insurance in India also, he got those tests done. But everything was found normal. ~2

Hate India as much as you want, but you can’t ignore the fact that medical facilities in India are very easily accessible. Left: A lady named Victoria needed medicine, but her health insurance company refused to cover the expense, and the medicine cost $1,000. She then ordered it from India, where it cost only $10 + $15 shipping, so it cost her just $25. Right: Lia, a European traveller, said that in many countries, blood tests require appointments that take many days. But in India, I was able to get a blood test very easily, and within 24 hours I received my test report on WhatsApp. This is a very positive aspect of India.

Let me save you the suspense. 👇 The RBI announces a polymer notes pilot in June 2026. Adani’s Phase 1 PVC plant at Mundra commissions in December 2026. Coincidence? In any country with functioning institutions, sure. In Modi’s India, this is called policy. Here’s what the Business Standard report won’t tell you: ▪️ Polymer banknotes require BOPP/PVC-grade polymer substrate at industrial scale; the exact product category Adani’s ₹34,900 Cr Mundra Petrochem cluster is being built for ▪️ Adani’s Phase 1 capacity: 1 million metric tonnes/year; timed to be ready when India’s national polymer currency demand hits ▪️ Construction ran from August 2024 → March 2026; while the same govt was quietly pushing this pilot through two RBI board meetings in Patna and Mumbai ▪️ The SBI-led consortium financing the plant? The same public sector bank answerable to the Finance Ministry No competitive tender announced for the raw material supplier. No Parliamentary bill. No public consultation. Just: RBI announces pilot → Adani plant goes live → govt prints money literally using Adani plastic. Demonetisation took cash from the poor. Polymer notes will make Adani rich off the cash that’s left. This government doesn’t run policy. It runs supply chains.

@sarkarstix It is not factually correct that mostly Gujaraties go on overseas holidays. They are conspicuous because of such acts in public. Others are not that visible. As long as such acts do not create any inconvenience to others, I don't find any wrong in this.

A group of happy and excited Gujaratis are receiving hate for playing garba at an airport in Vietnam. Many Indians are outraging that it is because of them others have to face racism. But hey, it is mostly Gujjus who go on a vacation. Not you guys!

Bought a flat for 1.5 Cr. Still paying 8,000 monthly maintenance. Extra charges for parking, clubhouse, generator, move-in pass & even pets. Builder promised luxury living. Reality: leaking walls, traffic noise & power cuts. Society gate looks like a 5 star hotel. Inside, residents still fight daily for water tankers. This isn’t premium housing. It’s EMI slavery with fancy brochures.

I have heard of a Zomato loophole which is so simple, terrifying and Zomato should be losing sleep over it A person orders 1 roti on Zomato. ₹40. Then he calls the restaurant directly 6 rotis, paneer butter masala, malai chaap, dal makhani, gulab jamun and pays them on UPI. Tells the restaurant to pack everything with that 1 roti Zomato order. The Zomato rider picks it up. Delivers home. No clue that ₹1,200 of food is riding shotgun with a ₹40 order. He’s using Zomato’s app. Zomato’s rider. Zomato’s entire logistics network and paying zero commission on 90% of his bill. It’s cheaper than booking directly from Porter and restaurant. The restaurant loves it. Full margin, no 25 to 30% Zomato cut. The customer loves it. No platform fee. No surge. No GST on the hidden portion. Zomato? Quietly subsidising the entire operation. And here’s the part nobody’s talking about this isn’t one rogue customer. Restaurants are in on it. They may be whispering this tip to regulars to keep them off the app. If this spreads, the unit economics of food delivery don’t just dip they bleed out from the inside. Zomato needs to plug this loophole. This is exploitation of the system. Zomato MUST do something to stop this. Have you seen this happening in your area?

The Forgotten ‘Man’ 👨‍⚖️
INDIA’S JUDICIARY: Every 3rd High Court Judge is an “Uncle” This 2010 exposé on Punjab & Haryana High Court is damning proof of deep-rooted nepotism and shameless family favoritism. Sons, nephews, wives, brothers, sisters & in-laws — all practicing as advocates in the SAME court where their relative sits as a Judge. A list of 16 such “Uncle Judges” was officially forwarded to the Union Law Ministry. Just look at this table. Clear, blatant conflict of interest. How the can justice be delivered fairly when family members argue cases before their own “Uncle”? The Law Commission and Bar Council flagged this years ago. Nothing changed. This uncle culture has destroyed public faith in the judiciary. Merit is dead. Nepotism rules. We need ruthless reforms NOW: - Ban close relatives from practicing in the same court - Mandatory public declaration of family links - Strict penalties for violations Enough is enough. The temple of justice has become a family business.
