Why not offer premium loding in such cases. I am very disappointed with the way health insurance are doing business in India. They just want to milk out more from existing customer instead of increasing their penetration. and there are platforms who bring no value to us.

I don't support any kind of linguistic hooliganism. Sad to see that many right wingers, knowingly unknowingly have fell in this Separatism Agenda. Fact remains, Hindi and English are the official communication language of SBI and other banks across India as per Policy, only frontline staff as Junior Associate & CBOs undergo Language Proficiency Test in Regional Language. The bank lady in particular is Branch Manager, not the Frontline Staff, who communicate with local customers frequently. Yes her only fault was that she got carried-away with Aggression. I fully agree with our @CMofKarnataka @siddaramaiah all customers should be treated with dignity and respect. In every state or district people who serve should try their best to speak the local language to show respect and dignity to local citizens.never look down on non English speakers. Indigo Airlines has an agreement with Turkiye and they are not ready to end the deal So, Next week I was supposed to travel somewhere I had my booking with @IndiGo6E I have chosen to cancel my booking.
