@LouisLam Hey there, I'm not sure the best way to go about contacting you but I was just in the middle of submitting a PR to Uptime Kuma and had it abruptly labelled "AI Slop" and deleted with no explanation as to why. I'm extremely frustrated to see it dismissed so flippantly

It’s interesting how differently each llm interprets abstract concepts like death through music. GPT, in particular, tends to portray death in a consistently optimistic way. Wouldn't be surprised if game music plays a big influence here

What would you say is the most universally understood templating language? Something that support loops, partials/components, and conditionals.

@devongovett Yes, border makes the group obvious and suddenly makes the whole thing seem clickable. Otherwise, it’s the bold text of the label making it appear to be the checkbox’s label + implicit assumption that the checkbox label is clickable

If yes, why? Without the border, what makes the label text special compared to the description?

Which parts of this checkbox UI would you expect to be clickable? Only the box itself? Box and label? What about the description? Poll in next tweet. 🗳️

After years of using Radix and building on top of it other components like combobox, customizing tooltips behavior, fighting focus management, fighting performance issues in a very complex UI with lots of elements, my only desire now is to not have to use a UI library that is built on top of React. My conclusion is that its the wrong level of abstraction. UI library has to be built on top of least abstraction. Maybe no abstraction at all, just utilities. Maybe optional custom elements, but only optional. React components can be integration on top of that abstraction and represent higher level components, not primitives. Fight me!
