Players, If your coach moves you to a different position, don’t take it personally. He’s probably not moving you away from the field, he’s trying to find the spot that gives you the best chance to get on it. Trust the process. Compete.

Rising Jr. - High football IQ guy. Plays QB, TE, WR and FS.

@rockpoltrock It starts with youth leagues where there might only be one or two coaches that are dealing with the injury and trying to keep an eye on 15 other 8 year olds. At the HS level, if they are bringing in an ambulance take a knee. If the trainer is getting them up, get ready to play.

When did taking a knee during an injury become the norm in baseball/softball/football and other sports? Injury is part of every game, staying warm, alert, and getting coached is important too. I’m I too old school?

@CoachPayne__ Base is 2x2 with 2 TEs. Carry 5-8 depending on whether you call Rt/Lt 1 or 2. We can add tags for gameplay adjustments.

I just finished an offensive line manual I wish I had early in my career. Not more plays. Not more scheme. Just a simple system: – Indy – Technique – Combos – Fixes – Friday adjustments No fluff. Comment “OL” and I’ll send it.
